The staff was so customer friendly. The manager helped me constantly with my lock since my right hand was covered due to gout and arthritis. Even the maintenance staff was so caring. I will certainly recommend this Uhaul location to family and friends. Thanks so much

Albert o | Overall ExperienceThe staff was great! The GM was a nice guy and trying to help. However, I rented a 10x20x8 and there were none available and the only units that were close to that size were up stairs. Who the [insert explicative] has storage facilities that has an upstairs to them WITHOUT a ramp or elevator? Seriously!!! This doubled my time in off-loading a truck not to include the physical exhaustion from it. Who ever designed these only looked at it from a U-Haul perspective and not a customer's. Again staff was great, U-Haul, not so much. I do not foresee using U-Haul storage again because of it sadly.

Norman B | Overall ExperienceOnly change, your staff who answer the phone should "ASK, if they may place you on hold," don't just blurt that out, then put the customer on hold. I find that rude and unprofessional. And, if the cell phone reception wasn't good, and you didn't even hear what was said or know what's going on, then to be put on hold? That can be confusing, and my time is just as worthy as your establishment. Other than that, customer service was good.
