Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWant to say Thank you to the General Manager Jamal for being so patient, understanding and friendly. He’s Top Tier!! More managers should follow his lead. Most storage facilities have not so pleasant staff. I also want to thank the staff working behind the desk for being so pleasant always when speaking with them.
LACYNDIE M | Experiencia generalExpensive for storage. They have no elevators but want to rent you a place up stairs —so you have to carry things upstairs. If you want a lower level it’s more money. How ridiculous is that. There is often a line and no apparent need to hurry by the employees. There is never anyone outside to help they are usually inside on their phones. I have only seen people under 21 years of age as workers.— not sure they have even been properly trained
Ellie K | Experiencia generalI had problems with the unit. I was unaware that there was no elevator to bring things up to the second level. Also, I requested something that can hold a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment and the unit could barely hold a couple of mattresses. They gave me two units that were like very small tiny and some things are still on the truck. I had to extend the truck rental because of the lack of space in the units now I have to find another unit separate and pay for it separate. I also had to pay an extra day for truck rental $49. What resolve do I I also had to pay an extra day for truck rental $49. What resolve do I have for this issue?
Pennie K | Mudanza en líneaThe rest of my money was not returned to my account. This is stealing from customers. It is not ethical running a business on fraud
ADEJOKE A | Experiencia generalI am satisfied with the service.
Emmanuel A | Experiencia generalAppreciate
JUSTICE E | Experiencia generalThe only negative aspect about my experience was that the staff have no knowledge of leaks occurring unless a customer accesses their unit and tells them about it. There should be a better system in place to where the facility gets regular inspections for leaks. Even if insurance is purchased, the damage to a customer’s property could be prevented.
JULIE M | Experiencia generalIn Queenbury N.Y. 12804/ Gave me a dirty truck / had dog food in it and sunflower seeds !
eva c | Primeras impresionesThe only thing I noticed that the unit above 1438 had a small leak cause there was a little damage to my property. Other than that the facility was clean , temperature controlled well maintained.
