Rodney W.I received calls every week after I rented the storage to see if I moved out. I only had it for 2 weeks. I was told by Cal that 1st month was free but the rude female associate said it was not free for the first month. My code to the build never worked I called for help they only came 1 time to see why my code was not working I want my money back.

Very disappointed. I know there is always fine print to everything. Please educate your reps with your policy.
Veronica L.The first trailer smelled overpoweringly of gasoline, they changed it out no problem. The serving trailer smelled overpowering of weed, the attendant promptly cleaned and disinfected it for me, he was very professional and efficient.

RANSFORD A.It was my first time renting a truck from this location. It was not busy, and it took over an hour to simply check a truck out. The first truck had a thick layer of ice on the inside of the windshield. I requested another truck and went through the process again. This time the keys were not a match for the truck. So I went through the process of getting another truck and the manager appeard and commented that I was being picky. She was unprofessional and ultimately did not rectify the problem. It took another rep to get it right. Other than that, I used the truck to get the job done. No further problems. A discruntal customer.

CELESTINE H. | Overall ExperienceI travel a total of 28 miles. I decided to drop of vehicle and not go pass U haul to purchase gas. I have rented pick up trucks several times in the last 6 months. The trucks averages about 15 miles a gallon. I was repared to pay for 2-3 gallons of gas. I wss charged $19.00 for 4 gallons of gas for 28 miles traveled. ??? That is 7 miles for esch gsllon of gas. I made a reservation and arrived late only to receive a lecture from the customer service representation saying “I'm really late and usually we cancel the reservations after one hour. So you're lucky we still have a truck left.†Although he could locate my reservation, I had to complete all of the information again- it seemed as if there was no point in a reservation. That isn't efficient. Once I have my receipt in hand I go to the parking spot where the truck is located to verify gas and mileage and cleanliness. Once I completed that the truck wouldn't start. I found an employee cleaning trucks who helped me figured out I'd been given the wrong truck in the parking spot and that the key matched a different truck. Once I restart the verification process I realize the passenger door doesn't open. After entering the van there are water bottles and dryer sheets inside the truck but I left anyway. I was instructed that I could check in the truck after hours on my own for free and I did this. The truck was placed back in B1 and I dropped the keys in the correct location (although I couldn't share my actual location) only to wake up to an additional fee. I rarely use UHAUL but will make sure to avoid this location. Nothing about the process was convenient nor accurate except for me returning the van and keys and I still got charged for that. Improvement for the next customer- make sure trucks are 100% cleaned and in the actual location where they are stated to be- please let renters know which portions of the equipment are inoperable-Even though I'd checked the damage, I didn't know the passenger door didn't open until I'd make it to my destination.

Some staff members will tell you one thing Olof their policy and the same day another member will tell you I something different for the same question. I complained about roaches being in my unit and you will even see them crawling down the hall. I was told that I should have gotten the insurance from them and possibly it would cover the expenses of getting pest control. Later I went to my unit and it was full of rodent droppings. Some of my items are ruined. The previous staff when I first moved into the unit was wonderful and very helpful, they did not mind explaining things. The staff now seems to not care about the customers or their belongings. The 24 hour access i paid monthly for did not get me the access. One one day the doors were open and the next day they were locked and the card will keep denying you to get in. Not convenient at all. There seem to be a lot of staff turnover and no consistency in the policies either. I am very disappointed with my rental

When I first arrived in the office the clerk ignored my showing him, on my phone, my reservations and only did the small items. I had to return and ask for management to have the storage portion, main portion, completed. This unit is not satisfactory because as told I have few but extremely heavy items. The stairs will cost me more to have my items moved when that time comes. There was a lack of knowledge from management and employee were not willing to share their knowledge to make sure all ran well, no teams work. This reflects on the employees more than the manager who is new.

It would be best to take one of her staff members to put them in place of managing vs the current manager who goes by the name of D. She could use a lot more of quality training/customers service training.,

Also, I spoke with a few others who are renting units at this location and they complained about mice on the first floor. My unit was on the second floor and I did not have any issues with mice. However, I did see a mouse on the first floor.

I informed the front desk staff who was incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Ebony was eating and seemed completely disinterested during my visit. The manager, Brittany was not knowledgeable and only offered her card. They were unable to even tell me if my unit had insurance. Needless, to say I will never use Uhaul storage, nor will I recommend your company to anyone. Awful experience and extremely disappointing.
