The signage for the entrance to the office, and for the key drop-off box were not clear, I couldn't find them easily.

This was my first time using this location because it’s further out from where I leave . I made the reservation for a tow dolley with Ms. Chas she was very professional, calm , smiling and a had pleasant personality towards not only me but the other customers ahead of me . She assisted me in purchasing the right size tow ball kit and plug harness, she’s very knowledgeable of her job and I would definitely rent again from this location as long as she keeps up the good service.

Stop overcharging for mileage the customer did not use. Make sure you have an honest staff because I was overcharged for mileage I did not drive and my Co tract was changed and the manager was no help when this was brought to his attention!!! Location Lanham MD, Martin Luther King BLVD I will never do business with U haul again!! Promise

Hannah in the dispatch center was excellent. Markese Miller and Nana Ofoe on-site were amazing. I had a terrific and professional experience with exception of the GM, Christian Nkamhoua, He was rude and a complete ass.

I went to a location that is for self pick up, after watching the video on uhaul website, it seems so easy so I decided to do self pick up. I was WRONG! When I arrived that location, opened my app and there was an error message saying the equipment did not come with the truck and for me to call the customer service. Had to call the customer service, they put me on hold for f*(@#& 30 minutes! I hung up on them, then went to actual uhaul center, they told me to go back to the location and they said to ignore that error message. I tried to explain them that there is no way to ignore the error message but apparently they did not understand what I was trying to say. They told me to go inside. So I went back to that location again, went inside but there was NO "uhaul" office. I double checked the address, and 100% sure I was at the right place! Then when I opened my app again, the address changed to the actual uhaul location that they told me to go back here. I was so f&**(#& pissed off! I went back there again, and finally the self service worked. It really delayed my moving. JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME on self service. It is not easy as it looks like on uhaul website. Just go to actual uhaul locations. I expect an explanation and apology from U-haul. Moving is stressful and no one needs more stress from uhaul!

The general manager is a gentle man, very helpful but one employee made me $15 for gas fallen below little average..last month when I rent Uhall truck I returned the gas more than the limit so I was expecting a break this time at least

I think that truck should have been taken out of commission for a bit. The door of that truck was extremely hard to work. In the end, it even stopped closing. The cab was not clean. The employee tried to clean it but it was a rush job since I was there waiting. It makes a noise while driving it. otherwise, the manager was friendly wa=s

No one was in the back where you get the trucks to help or assist with picking preordered equipment such as dolly/hand truck/furniture covers etc. Walked back and forth from the cashier to the actual truck pickup spot for 20 minutes before someone cane around to assist

My wait was extremely long and took a while for another person to come out and assist. Also, the amount that was taken out of my debit card is still on hold. My bank told me that it is on hold until May 2019. I would like this to be removed, but it has to be on U-Haul letterhead stating this very fact.
