I returned my vehicle back in a timely fashion. I gave the keys over to a customer service person, he said he would check the vehicle and send an email receipt. An hour or so later, a person from , uhall threatening to have $100. 00 taken from my account. He said I didn't take it back to central Ave. I explained to him that I was told I could drop it off any a near Uhall. I have used uhall many times and this has never been a problem. I am not happy with this and plan to take action.

My only suggestion for improvement is that I asked the gentleman who waited on me to pick up the truck how much a charge per mile would be if we exceeded 41 miles. He didn't have a good answer and said it shouldn't be more than $0.99 / mile or maybe less. He just needs to have that information for the next customer. Outside of that, everything was great. Thanks!

The staff was rude and the gentleman that checked me back in after my move was severely rude and put his hands on me.... he said that I didn’t need to verify the gas and when I went to step up on the truck put his elbow up and pushed me.... I think his name was Howard. When I asked for a receipt he said several times he emailed it and when I asked for a paper receipt he said go inside and sucked his teeth at me.... I am appalled and would like a phone call from the manager to discuss next steps

I reserved a 10 feet box truck in The landover U Haul when I went there for picking it up, but they reserved a gargo van for me they doesn’t have experience so hopefully you’ll solve this issue

When I showed up to the uhaul location the truck I reserved was not there and the store was closed. I had to call, spend about 15 min on the phone, then drive to another location to pick up a truck. The new location was further away from my destination and turned out to cost me more money than the original truck I rented would have. Very poor experience with Uhaul and will keep this in mind when I need a truck in the future.

I had a horrible experience with Uhaul. The appointment was made and I made it a point to check in early. When I arrived at the location to pick up the rental, there was no information there. Apparently the request was transferred to another location. I did not receive a call or email. So I had to drive to the other location to pick up my rental. This caused me to miss another appointment. It is absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age, I can't get an email or phone call to notify me that things had changed. It was an entirely frustrating experience. All of it could have been avoided.

Was not satisfied with how my reservation was handled here. My equipment was not ready during my appointment and I called prior that day to confirm. I had to wait the following day to pick my truck. The manager informed me that my truck was giving to another individual when the size truck I needed was on the lot. When I retrieved my truck the next it was the same truck that was on the lot the previous day. The manager made it seem like it was my fault when clearly they were in the wrong. Will not recommend this location
