I got charged the wrong price

Make sure that nonprofit organization are not charged tax at the point of sale. I mentioned to the rep that my Organization The Solid Foundation, Inc is was a nonprofit he said you all don't offer anything for nonprofit

Upon return l was really disappointed. I pulled up to the equipment return during normal business hours and no one was there. I had a question that needed to be addressed. I sat in the equipment return line for about ten minutes, while also calling the store from inside the van. It said estimated wait time was over twenty minutes. I go inside the store and no one is there. For a few minutes. The store is unlocked, it's 3 in the afternoon and no one is at the front desk, behind in the employees office... nothing. Around twenty minutes after, someone was finally in the office and because some other customer went in the store before I got back inside the one employee behind the desk now just ‘hurried' me out and said just leave your keys on the seat. Only person who graciously helped that day was a woman with the last name Bussey (?). This location though gives me very disorganized and unprofessional. Couldn't believe how the quality of service dropped.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pick-up truck I rented was in great condition, only had 2400ish miles on it, handled great. I will definitely use this location again for all of my truck rental/moving needs. The check-in and return process was quick and easy.

For mobile pickup, u-haul should designate zones so anyone can see which zone the truck is in and not have to walk/drive the entire lot. Also it would be nice if any accessories purchased beforehand were already placed in the rental truck and did not need to be taken from the counter and carried to the truck.

The person who checked me in is very rude and lacks customer service ethics. Very poor attitude, unwelcoming. I forgot my phone ear buds in the cargo van I rented only to return few hours later and is gone. First they said the van was rented out already, later said the van was still there but they could not find my lost item. I did not believe it, I believe I lost it there. I was highly inconvenienced by coming to this location because my original reservation at JK Carroll on Route 301 in Bowie never updated my reservation and I was forced to come to the new location. However the entire staff at the Lanham location was excellent especially your employee CJ. He was extremely helpful. If it had not been for a customer service representative calling me to let me know that my reservation didn't go through, I would have been upset when I arrived. I well not being using the JK Carroll U-Haul again. Thank you.
