The prices for the storage units it WAY to high. I'm renting a 10x10 for $250 is stupid very small unit should only be 150

JAMESL B | Overall ExperienceThey charged me $50 to cut the lock because I forgot my key, and then when I gave them $60 asking for change they supposedly didn’t have, the gentlemen mentioned “it actually is $60 today because it’s a monday”. Later contacted uhaul as this procedure seemed strange and they said they should be able to do it for free. Asked the gentlemen for a receipt which he could not provide and then rushed out of the office without assisting me.
