After I closed my account and moved out they kept calling and sending emails that I still had a balance due after I was threatening my storage unit would be auctioned off on this particular date … then in the notices I was told my unit had another auction date… so the auction is a lie for a certain time frame I’m assuming
SHENNON M | Overall ExperienceEveryone at Kendrick road was great and awesome everyone. They were polite and attentive with graceful Professionalism. They need a raise and or a vacation. They made my business dealing with the u-haul company smooth and easy. I sincerely hope they are able to read my review. Because I do not write reviews unless I see something unusual and outstanding in a good way. Their storage was clean and in good condition. I will recommend this location. Thank you!

WENDELL N | Overall ExperienceI actually regret having to move out. The new general manager is far easier to work with than the one in the past I had a very, very rood, unprofessional and just generally abrasive experiences with the previous general manager, which is unusual for me because I have frequent experience with both the morrow and the Eagles landing locations and I the staff and management were always for the most part of pleasant professional and responsive and because I was a frequent customer and was treated accordingly or they adjusted accordingly so I’m very much welcome the new general manager and when in the vicinity I will definitely, use Flint River again matter fact, the two people who came to help me have multiple children and multiple homes so I encourage them and anyone else to check in with the new general manager at U-Haul Kendrick Road
Sidney J | Overall ExperienceService was good, the only thing is each time i went to the location, my gate code wouldn't work and i would have to go into office to see what code to use to get to my unit.
DASHARETTE F | Overall ExperienceOverall as a whole U-Haul provided me with ebverything needed as far as accessibility, however, don’t like the way you have to pay for a whole month of storaga as opposed to it being prorated.
