There was glitch in the system. Not my fault. The charges showed as paid with corporate and with my bank. Now I'm being told that the mileage payment was not processed. When I submitted a claim the representative assured me that the charges including mileage totals $74.69 was all cleared.

have the trailer/truck where we reserved it, not at another location. if I'd wanted to come here, I would have reserved it here. it was reserved at another location. also, why all the questions and need to know the exact address of where we were moving things to? if you needed to know just the city would have been enough. you had no need to know the exact location.

Work on one customer at a time. it took an hour to get my rental truck and didn't get to view our rental space because they was busy but it was only me and another customer. I check my account that Monday and an employee charged my account 4 times. A charge for the truck, storage space, and 2 return equipment charges. One of the heavy set managers was argumentive and defensive on the phone. When I got there all I got was attitude and even when the store manager told her to be quiet she still was trying to argue when in fact I was done wrong. Very disrespectful. I will never use that location ever again. The new location on hwy 85 is much nicer and cleaner. I missed the old management at Kendrick. They were a nice couple.

This was the absolute worst experience I have had. First I reserved a trailer at one location via the website only to be told that the time the website permitted me to pick up the trailer was the time that, that location closed. That location moved my order to another location. Once I got there, I spent an additional hour waiting due to the fact that the trailer I had, was not the trailer I was supposed to have based off the equipment number. The number that was assigned to me was already out with someone else. As I stated, I waited an additional hour for them to straighten that out. One employee bragged about how these mix ups happen all the time because she's so busy when she's putting in orders. After the equipment was returned, I was charged additional money. When I called to understand why I was charged this, I spoke with a different person who wasn't there the day I picked up the trailer. He told me looking at the order, it was put in wrong, and that in fact I had been overcharged. He told me that I would be refunded the wrong amount and only be charged the correct amount. However, now I have 3 charges in my account from U Hual.

The original place in Jonesboro, Ga. refused my drop off and it forced me to be late to a meeting. You online system is really bad and has many issues. Times, drop off locations and it's not smart phone accessible.

They did not check the equipment to make sure that everything was in place. The car hauler was missing a ramp so I have to borrow one from my friend so I can load up the car into the car hauler... Will never rent one from this location ever again.

There was dirt in the back of the truck and I had to sweep it out so I wouldn't track it in my new house. I work in public service and am sensitive to public image. The general manager was tatted and pierced with long hair and a black skull ring. A trainee had bright yellow hair. The GM and morning manager were training two new employees and were visibly and emotionally stressed. All these things would not prevent me from renting from you again, but, taken as a whole, they did not leave an excellent image in my mine.
