The building is immaculate, kept at a comfortable climate controlled temperature, and secure. The staff is responsive, friendly and helpful. In fact, when we needed to rent a 2nd unit, we immediately headed to Main Road. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a top notch storage unit for your personal possessions.

I used the unit for only 10 days in December. I was hoping to get a refund of $100 (2/3 of the monthly rent) I will not recommend this facility and that is why i give it a below average rating.
