This location was absolutely great to deal with. Simply called, reserved the truck in minutes with no hassles at all. It was waiting on me at the reserved time and I even decided to get a bigger one once and I arrived and they changed it in minutes. We had our belongings in storage for 2 months at the facility. We paid for an air conditioned unit specifically to protect our things from mold, mildew and mustiness. However, when we removed our things we discovered that everything was mildewed and musty. We had to clean all of our clothes and had to get rid of a fabric couch and leather recliner. We were in the facility several times over the 2 months storage. While the building has air conditioning, it is not sufficient to keep the humidity level down to the point where mildew and mustiness won't set in, particularly in a long term storage.Laura W. | Overall Experience

I dropped the Uhaul off after hours. I thought it was a little redundant to have to fill out a form, and then take pictures anyway. Why not just take the pictures? For example, I had to fill in the amount of fuel left in the tank and the mileage, on the form. But then had to take pictures of the dash. It just felt like it was unnecessary to fill that information into a form if I needed to take a picture anyway. Other than that, everything was easy.Valerie W.

We purchased our unit and never actually used it. I called and spoke to someone that we had a emergency come up and needed to cancel our unit. The person I spoke with said she understood and said she was closing it out and said it was taken care of. There was no mention of any outstanding charges. 16 days later we find that 70 dollars had been automatically taken out of our bank account without our authority and no explanation. The lady we spoke with was very rude and said it was her who was the one that spoke with me originally and said she told us the charges, which was unfortunately not true and that they weren't going to refund us anything. It's incredibly disappointing and this is also after the first person I spoke with said it was all noted on the account and was going to get it taken care of. I will never use this facility again and tell everyone we know not to use this facility.Sean K. | Overall Experience

The truck was horrible. The noise inside the cab was so loud I couldn't even hear my phone. The â€œplay/loosenessâ€ in the steering wheel was exhausting to keep vehicle between the lines. All of the people at the service places were very nice. The truck itself was a horrible experience and I would not recommend uhaul to anyone after this experience.Edwin G.

This was a bad experience for us. My husband is 75 years old and wanted to transport some Patio furniture. He struggled to make the trip in 24 hours so that he would only be charged for one day, it was a one-way transaction. He was told we were charge for three days but he would be reimbursed if he arrived in 24 hours. He did that and found out he would not be reimbursed. Had we known, we would have sold the furniture and just bought something local. We are out $700. You need to train your staff. We feel like we are due a reimbursement.ROBERT B.

Huge disconnect between the online booking and the actual inventory of available supplies at the pick up site. I ordered and paid for 4 dozen rental blankets as part of my 20 foot truck rental at U-Haul.com. Then as I'm picking up the truck I am informed that no blankets are included. The people inside told me they had no inventory of blankets available and that I should have booked direct with them instead of U-Haul.com to be informed of the lack of local supplies because the U-Haul website has no way to track real time inventory of local supplies. That is way too late to tell a customer that the important supplies they need are not available after all. How about telling me in advance so that I could have made other plans to get what I needed? Had I known that I would have gone with a different company from the outset. I was counting on those blankets to pad my furniture. Very disappointed. And the hold times trying to get through to customer service on the phone for assistance are ridiculous. Hire more people to staff your customer service line, especially if you are going to bait and switch people at the last minute when they are stuck without alternatives.Melissa B.

It's very clean, organized and well stocked (fair prices) with the essential items you never remember to bring with you when moving. The facility was clean. However, there was a flaw in the roof and it leaked brown fluid into my unit, ruining my white sofa, elegant table, large mirror in gold frame, and family portrait. It was at least a month later when I went to my unit to find the damage done. They could have checked my unit and notified me, but did not. I paid $240.00 per month for the unit and did not elect to pay extra for insurance. The building is easy to access and carts are provided for customers to move their things in/out to other floors via an elevator. ALL the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
