The trip was fine no problems with the Van. We told them we would have the Van back at 9am. They called me /, I was driving and told her Kathy she persisted. I told her to call the other number for emergencies. "I'm sorry and hung up" she had promised the Van to someone else. It was a very hot day and my sister and myself had to take many breaks. Kathy, evidently wasn't concerned about our trip she just wanted the van back. I did apologized to her, not that I needed her to understand but she was not sympathetic at all. Didn't ask if we had a safe trip.etc. I think UHaul needs to work on the public more as far as safely. Thanks so much Jackie Smith Have a wonderful day

inside of trailer clean however 2 of four tires were not in good shape. One had large flat spots well into the cord.

Truck was fine..very upset the fact that no one told me my money would be held back from my credit card..when I called the place where I got the truck from..they proceed to tell me they can't help me and to call uhaul myself..even though they were the ones who charged me..won't go back!!

Overall, customer service phone help was ridiculously terrible. I got to location to drop off truck and app wouldn't allow me to check vehicle in. I called customer service while waiting for an uber ride, and was still trying to get help by the time I got home (30 minutes). I had been put on hold twice, which hung on me, and was on the third different rep by the time I got home. This experience was horrible. Customer service phone system is in dire need of some training.

There was a dolly and blanket attached to a truck which is to ise if needed, have to pay...sounds great but we definetly didnt need it and it was on our way all the time when loading and unloading, hated it!! Understand it is your business and idea but it is a bad idea while using your trucks...otherwise employees were helpful and friendly.

I will say that when I scheduled my reservation on uhaul.com I was unsatisfied with uhaul sending me to a location where I scheduled only to find that my rental had been sent to a different uhaul location based on availability. This was not handled in an obvious or efficient manner. I blame uhaul corporate and uhaul scheduling for this issue not the individual location.

The was excellent but the scheduler changed my reservation from a van to a 10'truck and did not notify me. This caused a delay of over an hour.. again manager excellent but I don't know if I will use U- Haul again

The Johns Island location was very courteous. I wish this review was for my overall experience, so I will make it that way. I had a reservation to pick up a U-Haul for Tuesday at 11am from the Hollywood, SC location. I arrived at the location and the store was closed. No one answered the phone, not was there another contact. I called another location to get the number for a regional call center. They were able to get in touch with a district manager who also could not get in touch with the rental location. My reservation got switched to the Johns Island location, and I had to drive there to pick up the truck. The truck I picked up was a 26’. It did the job, but needs to be replaced. The truck had over 160k miles and a strange hiccup at idle. There was a lot of body damage already done in the 160k Miles, so it was almost pointless to do the walk around.
