Always courteous staff at the Mandarin location. Any billing issues (usually my fault) were always very well communicated and resolved quickly.

Staff have always been professional, courteous and knowledgeble regaring the services they provide, whether renting a trailer, truck, installing a trailer hitch, modifying a trailer hitch, or with the rental of a storage unit. I would highly recomment this UHaul location to anyone needing these types of services.

Charles was my agent and assisted me through the drop off and I loved the free first month of storage as it fit my immediate need. The place is spotless all around and again the professionalism was all around. The value of a one way rental big trailer and a month of storage for less than a 100 dollars is great.
