Joyce G | First ImpressionsI had a wonderful experience at the U-Haul on Phillips and University I have rented one of the containers that are from the trucks that they have on their lot now I think is a very ingenious way to do the old trucks first of all love them ! The little girl at the front counter was very pleasant. I even had an issue and accidentally got her in trouble I hope I fixed it!
Dena B | Overall ExperienceOnline when I was looking for a storage unit I didn’t think it was going to be so expensive but on 12/11 when I came to put my belongings in the unit , it wasn’t accessible! There was a huge trailer hitch that was blocking the storage unit. I went in the office to have it removed and the guy said as soon as they have completed the transaction with the two customers inside that they would come remove it but never did. So we did what we needed to do to put the items in there. I seen the young man walking around the drop off area but never asked if we were ok !
