Upon arrival, the line was very lengthy. It seemed to be understaffed as the phone was ringing and also ignored. The man who got us hooked up took pictures and had to run through several things on his phone before we were allowed to leave. At one point, after 10+ minutes of him on his phone, he said he had to take MORE pictures. It was extremely lengthy, annoying and it ate into our rental time and delayed our plans for the day. I would like to say that at drop off when we returned the trailer, the young man who helped us was very quick and friendly. We unhooked the trailer by the time he was done on the phone and he was genuinely thankful and told us we didn't have to do that. My suggestion to the manager would be to train the existing associates to be more speedy and efficient. Also, is it possible to reduce so much phone time when hooking up and dropping off? I felt like the associates were glued to their phone going through many screens to get us in/out. I appreciate the electronic paperwork but its so lengthy!! Something has to be done to quicken the processes.

My experience at this location was exceedingly well arranged. The office was so clean and organized, you could find anything you need to move with. The truck too was clean and operated smoothly. The truck was exactly the right size. The office staff made it a breeze to rent the truck and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend this place.

My complaint is with the agent. She and I argued because I was not given an option to choose if I wanted the insurance coverage which I would have declined. She told me during our confrontation the coverage was "automatic" for the truck I rented. She said I agreed to the coverage once I accepted the truck. I told her that I thought that I was accepting and agreeing to the truck rental not to the insurance . She stated it was right there - basically saying I should've read it. I feel like I was had and I want to be reimbursed for the insurance. She also charged my credit card when I specifically told her I was paying with Cash on my debit card. She then said rhe debit card 8s the same....Qhen is a debit card and a credit card the same. I will be contacting corporate.

Horrible doesn't begin to describe it. The parking lot entry was too crowded to enter, I had to maneuver your truck through the exit and around parked cars. I walked in 30 min before my turn in time, not one single employee in the office, but there was about 12 customers waiting. I used the drop box and left. Then I called your 1-800 number to ensure that my bro off was logged.

Attend even washed the wind shield clear of bugs from previous use, checked over the van with me and made sure everything was working

Only complaint: I left my drivers license there when I picked up the vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle after hours. Few days latter I Discovered my license was missing. I call to see if I left my drivers license was there. And they said yes they were. They didn't bother Or think that it was not important to call to let me know I was driving without my drivers license.

Would recommend insect spraying for pest control. I observed small roaches inside cabin of truck. Rating the equipment as clean however the above conditions were identified.

There were roaches in the back of the truck. I had to use almost 2 cans of bug spray to treat the truck and my containers to keep from transferring the bugs to my storage units. The air conditioner and the radio did not work. They didn't have any more trucks for an exchange. Due to Sunday's storms, I couldn't return the truck until Monday night. While rushing to return the truck, I tripped over the ramp and fell. I injured the left side of my body; requiring a doctor's visit, xray, and 3 days off work without pay. This has been my worst rental experience. I'm definitely rethinking future rental choices. ??
