Upon arrival, the line was very lengthy. It seemed to be understaffed as the phone was ringing and also ignored. The man who got us hooked up took pictures and had to run through several things on his phone before we were allowed to leave. At one point, after 10+ minutes of him on his phone, he said he had to take MORE pictures. It was extremely lengthy, annoying and it ate into our rental time and delayed our plans for the day. I would like to say that at drop off when we returned the trailer, the young man who helped us was very quick and friendly. We unhooked the trailer by the time he was done on the phone and he was genuinely thankful and told us we didn't have to do that. My suggestion to the manager would be to train the existing associates to be more speedy and efficient. Also, is it possible to reduce so much phone time when hooking up and dropping off? I felt like the associates were glued to their phone going through many screens to get us in/out. I appreciate the electronic paperwork but its so lengthy!! Something has to be done to quicken the processes.

My experience at this location was exceedingly well arranged. The office was so clean and organized, you could find anything you need to move with. The truck too was clean and operated smoothly. The truck was exactly the right size. The office staff made it a breeze to rent the truck and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend this place.

My complaint is with the agent. She and I argued because I was not given an option to choose if I wanted the insurance coverage which I would have declined. She told me during our confrontation the coverage was "automatic" for the truck I rented. She said I agreed to the coverage once I accepted the truck. I told her that I thought that I was accepting and agreeing to the truck rental not to the insurance . She stated it was right there - basically saying I should've read it. I feel like I was had and I want to be reimbursed for the insurance. She also charged my credit card when I specifically told her I was paying with Cash on my debit card. She then said rhe debit card 8s the same....Qhen is a debit card and a credit card the same. I will be contacting corporate.

Horrible doesn't begin to describe it. The parking lot entry was too crowded to enter, I had to maneuver your truck through the exit and around parked cars. I walked in 30 min before my turn in time, not one single employee in the office, but there was about 12 customers waiting. I used the drop box and left. Then I called your 1-800 number to ensure that my bro off was logged.

Only complaint: I left my drivers license there when I picked up the vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle after hours. Few days latter I Discovered my license was missing. I call to see if I left my drivers license was there. And they said yes they were. They didn't bother Or think that it was not important to call to let me know I was driving without my drivers license.

Would recommend insect spraying for pest control. I observed small roaches inside cabin of truck. Rating the equipment as clean however the above conditions were identified.

There were roaches in the back of the truck. I had to use almost 2 cans of bug spray to treat the truck and my containers to keep from transferring the bugs to my storage units. The air conditioner and the radio did not work. They didn't have any more trucks for an exchange. Due to Sunday's storms, I couldn't return the truck until Monday night. While rushing to return the truck, I tripped over the ramp and fell. I injured the left side of my body; requiring a doctor's visit, xray, and 3 days off work without pay. This has been my worst rental experience. I'm definitely rethinking future rental choices. ??

This Location had me to press buttons on a screen that he changed to his liking. My Daughter was there and we both told him not to charge a deposit, just charge the fee of $29.95 for a 17 Ft. Truck. We returned the Truck only to find that the Fee was doubled than originally charged. The fee of $71.16 was charged but he added $100 as my charge for a Truck, said price of $29.95. He also gave back $18.75 on my card. So I paid $80 for a Truck that I thought was $29.95. False Charge on my Credit Card. I will have to make a complaint to BBB. My Credit Card has a $100 Charge Not a $71.16, this is not a good way to treat Customers.. I want my Money put back on my Card. Stop Cheating Customers. Seriously, Pat Jordan

Every time this Unhaul location is used for my rent rental requirements from they try to screw me on something I either did not order or was not damage that I created. I purchase the recommended $28 insurance policy, leave the vehicle clean and neat, return the vehicle with more fuel than when it was picked, pay for the miles used; and still there are problems with the invoice every time that take my time and effort to straight out.

Made my reservation for 5pm and site gave me preferred locations that had my requested equipment. Once I arrived at 430pm the original location could not accommodate me for my Equipment or appointment time because they closed at 5pm... Go figure! So had to go to another location.. Once there I was informed its an extra $105.00 to do a one way and that’s inconvenient to me as online it never mentioned or quoted me for this. Bottom line this is the last time Im using Uhaul for my moving needs. Im in the Army and I couldnt even use Military discount as this is not offered! Why not? It is on Normandy Blvd... Long story short: -UHAUL COULDNT MEET APPOINTMENT TIME -UHAUL DIDNT HAVE REQUESTED EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE -UHAUL COULDNT HONOR MY ONLINE QUOTE -UHAUL WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO DO A ONE WAY WITHOUT WASTING MY MONEY WITH A FEE OF $105.00 -UHAUL DOESNT SUPPORT THE USA VETERANS OR MILITARY FOR THAT; DISGRACE AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Not for a disabled person I had to walk too far to pick up the truck. Truck should have been brought up to the front door so a disabled person as myself wouldn't have to walk so far to get in the truck. And there should have been a step or a stool to assist me in getting in the truck I almost fell climbing into the truck.

The truck was horrible, it seems to pull when I mashed on gas. The truck would not pick up speed at all. It took me longer to get to my locations. This was the worst truck I have ever rented from your company. Also, when I returned, then the attendant wanted to check the truck, he should have checked the truck out before I picked it up, not after!

The truck was very damaged when I rented the 18' truck. I cleaned the inside of the cab, cleaned out the bed of the truck and returned the truck with an 1/8th of a tank more gas than when I started. I returned the truck at 7:15 p.m. The GM is now trying to charge me for an extra day rental, an extra day insurance and $150 damage deductible. I called an asked why, she said the truck was damaged. I told her that yes the truck is fact damaged and an "X" on many but not all areas of damage and I wanted to be certain I was not charged for something I did not do. The local GM sent pictures of prior damage with the "X" in the picture and I stated that this was not damage we are responsible for, so I made arrangements to come down to see the specific damages that she was talking about. I told her that I would be there in ten minutes. She was not there when I arrived. I am now filing a formal complaint.

Roach infestation in Truck 10", Arizona plate AGD8077, serial number TM 3096H. For example, when you open and close Driver side door 9-10 roaches began traveling throughout the cab the entire 3 day rental period. You will not have access to paper rental agreement, no one inspects the vehicle with you prior to rental. In conclusion, additional training is required for a member and or members of the Edgewood facility :Privacy Act Laws, Fair Debt Collection Practices, and Defamation of character laws, and if you need to extend DO NOT CALL and accept a VERBAL extension of rental via management. Insist on new contract IN WRITING.

The return equipment needs some adjustments. You pull in if it’s room in the small area if not you’re hanging or holding up a traffic lane trying to get in lot due to the fact they are cleaning checking tire pressure wiping down sweeping out back of truck checking washer fluid holding you an additional 15/20 minutes. They should check in vehicle pull it up to another area so no one will be hanging in street from your lot or holding up a traffic lane that may soon cause an accident that could have been avoided with one simple move. Safety should be first,not cleaning out a truck.Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful will use again .

Make sure the truck is in full working order. No check engine lights, wipers are not frayed, ramp can be taken out and stowed easily.

The GM was unecessarily rude and overbearing when she absolutely did not have to be. She's seems easily frustrated and proudly unschooled. She would have acted out, had we engaged her attitude. I won't recomend this location, soley because of her. OTOH, the guys were great!
