The UHaul rep was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything and even offered to walk us to our storage area. Outstanding customer experience!
Friendly and helpful staff, worked efficiently to accommodate my needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained.
So we went in and just double checked to make sure everything was ready before we went to the unit. Plus i didn't know where it was so i needed directions since the online map was broken. Scott was really nice and very helpful. He showed us the demo unit to make sure i got the right one and even walked us to the unit and showed us how to get in and what to do after hours, which wasn't in the instructions online. He also made sure we had a lock because there wasn't one in the unit and he got us a swipe card and made sure it worked for us.

The counter person wasn't very friendly, but the actual storage unit is much better than I had expected.
The customer service clerk, Brianna, was very efficient, friendly and checked us out with ease. The storage facility is awesome, clean and very easy to navigate. I would recommend this facilty highly.

I was overcharged, instead of $60 I paid $90 and when I called them to tell them? Oh, we will tell our supervisor and get this fixed. Never happened. More than 1 person needs to be there too
My alarm would go off every time I would enter my storage locker. Say had a problem giving me my free monthly storage which means I had to travel from Springfield Ohio to Hubert heights 3 times.
Items covered in bird poop and dirt on it every time I visited (very gross). I emailed a ‘samantha hull’ multiple times about it, w/ no replies. The price was raised, and so that was it for me.

The staff was wonderful
clean place...could live there...just kidding very courteous and knowledgeable. It is a spotless and very well maintained facility.
The truck that I was assigned had really bad steering issues. Other than that the staff was a great help with all my needs
