Mr.Rabbit and his staff were excellent... Any time I had a situation/ problem at the Brandt Pike facility, they took good care of me. For almost 2 year's I never worried about my belongings. I thank you guys for always being professional and attractive. God bless you all!!!

The employees talked about my Eros al financial matters both in front of each other, customers and my mother who was there with me. I finally told them I heard them. My bill was current and I just wanted into the unit. Then they got aggressively rude. The price of the unit also increased a couple times. I heard this is a thing they do. Will not use U-Haul for storage again.

EMILY W | Overall ExperienceThe staff was amazing. The problem was how expensive and fee applied . All the emails and phone calls and letters. I would not recommend for that reason. I feel the staff have been very well trained and helpful. Jeremy was very helpful
