Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAfter my husband passing at least I knew I was in good hands with uhaul Thank you so much !
Diana F | Experiencia generalI had a very pleasant experience. I was very happy to see how nice it is. Thanks for your kindness!!
Cynthia A | Primeras impresionesThe one thing I disliked most while having my personal belongings here was the fact that the elevator seemed to be down a lot which was an inconvenience.
SHELBY G | Experiencia generalAlarm going off even when you enter you code is not ideal.
Jennifer H | Experiencia generalPro: Nice, new facility Office staff was friendly Ccon: One elevator...when it broke down, it threatened my move...professional movers The security system was not well understood or explained by staff. Alarm system needed to demonstrated, not alluded to. I had to figure it out and explain it to other renters. Also, They overlocked my unit twice when I had properly secured it, but I didn't use the "right" hole in the slide bar. Dumb.
DAVID W | Experiencia generalI have four storage bays. It would be nice to be able to put all four bays on one card so when I check in I can access all four bays without triggering alarms.
Bryan F | Primeras impresionesThe two ladies at the front desk didn’t smile or seem to want to help. They didn’t explain where to punch in the security code, so the alarms were going off. The entire time I was there unloading a 15’ truck, I saw only two other customers on site, so the ladies were not busy. Eventually, one of them came outside to explain things.
Jill S | Mudanza en líneaIt is crazy to me that I can't rent an additional unit in close proximity to the units I already have. Even though they're empty and available. Not blaming the staff as it is obvious they have no control of it. Not even the manager. Would be nice if someone cared enough to look into it and find out why, and maybe go to bat for me. But no interest from anyone in doing that.
Terri H | Primeras impresionesGreat team as always.
ANDRE K | Experiencia generalGreat team. Have always assisted when I had questions.
ANDRE K | Primeras impresionesHad to single handedly get a soda through two doors and two flights of stairs cause the elevator wasn't working 2/5
ISAIAH A | Experiencia generalEmployees were nice and very helpful.
RHONDA S | Primeras impresionesU-Haul location on Little York is EXCELLENT!! They made a nervous situation for me go very smoothly. Price, location and staff are all great. Danielle, General Manager, is extremely helpful and listens. The entire staff is impressive!! I felt like I’ve known them a long time. Try this location from truck rental, storage or/and any supplies you wont be disappointed.
