Follow up on the paper when changes are made at the time of rental. I was assigned a trailer on the registration but when we went to the lot to hook it up we could not get to it, therefore I was given another trailer and the registration was not updated. When I turned the trailer in (one way rental) at my final destination it did not register as I turned in the trailer on the registration. I ended up getting a call from U-Haul asking when I planned to turn in the trailer. This caused some confusion and research to get it cleared up.

Train employees to know company policies and to BE TRUTHFUL with customers instead of LYING to them. Ensure that the beds of pick-up trucks are wiped out and not rented with standing water in them. Contact the customer about any changes in pick up location BEFORE they are already enroute to the pre-arranged location or at a minimum of an hour before scheduled pick-up time. List ALL charges (including gasoline replacement) on your website so customers are not hit with hidden charges. After the bad experience I had with this company, I could not in good conscience recommend U-Haul to anyone.

our office has used your company to put our treatment rooms in the uhaul for our events. This time however after picking up the truck at 1:30 and dropping it off at 10:30 the same night I was charged a fee of 46.00 and received my receipt. Then the next day I was charged another fee of 31.09 however, I never received that receipt and when called they said that it was because I used the vehicle two days...but I didn't... then was told it was "standard" fees.

The kid working there watched us drive in and waited for us to walk in and up to him before he got up and lead us back out to check the truck in. It's a small point I know but it was 1900 and no one else was around. He was okay once he got up off the chair.

I walked into the u-haul location on Saturday morning at approx. 0845 to rent a pickup truck and was told there were none available for that day. I went home and logged onto the u-haul website to reserve a truck for the next day(Sunday) but noticed that I was able to reserve one for just a few hours later(Saturday). I'm not sure why I wasn't able to do that in the store just 30mins prior.

The trailer door got stuck and my husband was in the trailer for almost an hour stuck inside because Door wouldn't open up. He had to use a hammer and screw driver and get Door unstuck. It was a nightmare. When we were unpacking trailer to bring back it got stuck again and he had to crawl inside and use hammer and screw driver again. This trailer HAS NOT been maintained and made the event we used trailer for a unpleasant experience and memory. This didn't have to happen and could have been prevented.

Truck dirty trash on floor ,damage truck had to ask for something in writing ,to be told they marked In comments but nowhere on my paperwork. Truck was dirty windshields I had to wash I clean the inside of the truck sprayed it because it's done and if I double returned it that way out of been charged a cleaning fee yeah it kind of seems like a hypocrite don't you think. Take pride . And your customers take pride and maybe take care of your trucks a little better because you took the time and show them that you care maybe they'll care just saying the employees see more worried about cigarette breaks it was a female then she did actually taking care of me she did say thank you and but seem rushed .j,s
