The truck was fairly dirty for only having 800 miles on it. I’m guessing it couldn’t of been cleaned because of the cold weather. The inside was also dirty and a cigarette butt in the ashtray.

Got overcharged more than $200! Need to improve for accurate billing. Have to wait up to 72 hours for solution. Please be more careful for following customers. Would've given way higher rating if it weren't for this.

My reserved van was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait one hour until the store opened to get the Keyes. The employee blamed me for the having the wrong time. Thankfully I had the email with me to prove it was UHauls mistake. Van ran well

You have charged me $2,50 for a toll citation. Where on Interstate 75 is there a toll? I did not go on any toll roads at all. Where was this toll that I am being charged for? I received a text that it was put through my bank account and I am very pissed off. I am informing my bank that this is a fraudulent charge.

I forgot to tell the person checking the 15' truck in that the driver side door lock is almost impossible to unlock using the key provided. Imagine someone twisting that key off in the keyhole.

The only reason I said “no” for recommendation is due to the fact that there was a HUGE discrepancy in my final cost when I returned the cargo van. I rented a van for four days @ 19.95 per day. I accrued $28 in mileage When I went to cash ot the clerk told me I owed $240 dollars. My husband and I looked at her and told her that the math was off. Her reply? “Yeah, for some reason the cargo vans have been charging customers double. I don’t know how to get it fixed ther than ring it up tomorrow when the “system clears out”” What does that even MEAN?? And how was she going to just allow it to happen if I didn’t speak up? She was nice and polite but this is STEALING from customers that wouldn’t know better or didn’t speak up. Terrible business practice and needs to be rectified immediately or get reported to the Better Business Bureau. She called me several hours later and cleared up the issue and the total coast ended up being half of what she originally attempted to charge me. I feel bad leaving this review but they need to correct this issue with their computers. Who knows how much money they have incorrectly charged and taken from people if “this has been an ongoing issue”. WTF??

The only reason that I subtracted one star is because I reserved a pickup for 1:00 PM, and when I arrived that type vehicle was unavailable until 2:30PM. However, a cargo van was available, and fortunately, that type vehicle was suitable for my needs. Depending on circumstance this discrepancy could have been a problem. Check-out and check-in was quick and efficient. The equipment was clean an well maintained. Customer service deserves 5++ stars.

General manager Stephanie and other girl on the counter were not helpful or friendly at all. She answered some of my questions as if she was doing me a favor by answering questions. Wasn't very cooperative with hooking up the trailer either. Had to ask the other girl for things repeatedly and they didn't even clean up the equipment, there were broken glasses everywhere on the trailer floor.

Gas want completely full when started but still filled it to where it was when I started driving but got charged because it was full.

Follow up on the paper when changes are made at the time of rental. I was assigned a trailer on the registration but when we went to the lot to hook it up we could not get to it, therefore I was given another trailer and the registration was not updated. When I turned the trailer in (one way rental) at my final destination it did not register as I turned in the trailer on the registration. I ended up getting a call from U-Haul asking when I planned to turn in the trailer. This caused some confusion and research to get it cleared up.
