Only thing I didn't like was having to drive an extra 32 miles 1 way to drop truck in order not to be charged an extra $90. There was a drop off around the corner from where we went but couldn't drop there.

I say that the experience of returning the truck could be a little faster. They only had one employee working on a Saturday at the time on the counter with 3 other customers ahead of me. I could here other staff members socializing in a backroom.

The process for the 24 hr drop off is too long and tedious. You have to do to much to turn a truck in late at night. And everything wasn’t well explained. No customer service ever answered due to high call volumes.

Everyone was very helpful during the hard days following the tornados in the Dayton area. Our house was hit and we needed to move things out. The employees were extremely helpful and Bonnie went above and beyond to help and deliver the boxes to us. If ever the need arises again will definitely use U Haul. Thank you

I made the reservation online and chose the return location that was close to my house, but when I picked up the truck they could not find the return place in their system. Then when I returned the truck, I wasnt in their system either but they took the return anyways and I appreciated that. Please update your systems so this does not happen again.

Customer service does not exist here upon return the employee outside did not offer to help with unhooking the trailer he just walked away upon entering the one employee behind the counter busy with a customer had to yell five times at other employees for help that everyone could hear them from behind the closed door they where in when they finally came out one went behind the counter and the other which was the manager looked at the people waiting put a cigarette in her mouth hoped on the electric scooter and drove away smoking very unprofessional and rude staff that came out of room

In and out very quickly. Courteous staff knew her job well and got me through the rental process fast and I was on my way. Truck ran well except for a dash warning light. The fuel economy gauge was a nice bonus.

Turn in procedures using share were worthless. Took 20 minutes to attempt to get through process and did not work. When I attempted to verify code I received an error message. I attempted multiple times and did not work. I had to call an agent and waited 10 minutes to talk to someone.

No local locations were open or had the available equipment I needed. This was on a Sunday, which is to be expected. The issue is essentially that I could have paid less if an independent company was open but instead I had to drive to a farther location. 30 of 33 miles that I paid for was driving to and from the Uhaul rental location, and there is the extra fuel to consider. It might have cost me 20$ less if a local independent rental company was available. My suggestion is to realize the extra costs on the customer's end during weekend hours and consider helping to offset any extra costs. Don't get me wrong, U-haul os a great company! And either way I am satisfied knowing I rented a U-haul.

Was not impressed with the .99 can't mileage and the $4.99 to fill back up. That's really just highway robbery charging for both mileage and gas. Especially at those prices.

The gas was inaccurate the mileage was inaccurate . The location smelled like marijuana they charge me 147.00 for a truck that I could not load all my furniture in.

The customer service was great. The truck I rented needs to be taken out of inventory. This was the worst truck I have ever rented. I rented trucks from U-Haul several times (3 times in the last 3 years) to drive cross country. The lack of shocks made for a very uncomfortable ride. On top of that the windows were so dirty I couldn’t see out the windshield. I stopped and cleaned the windows...started back on the road to find out the filth was on the inside. Stopped and cleaned windows again. After my 12 hour day..driving the truck back late at night...I could hardly see out of the side windows/mirror. There was something funky on all the glass. I thought the truck was going to break down the entire time I drove it. The trucks window was broke...I had a nub to roll the window up/down. I bounced around so much in the truck the passenger sun Visor kept popping out and distracting my sight. What a horrible truck and experience. I drove a 26’ truck with a 12 foot trailer from Boston to Dayton and has less trouble than the 2 hour drive to Indy. Use the truck I rented for scrap.

I asked for a truck with a ramp to move appliances; I was provided a truck with no ramp and wheel wells that protruded into the storage area making it impossible to fit 5 appliances. The movers were furious. From center to circumference this entire rental was a bust.

I was at U-Haul on and off all weekend. The staff is fantastic! You couldn't ask for more friendly and hard-working people. Sunday morning was rough, there was only one poor guy working. He was busting tail, but he's still only one person. It took way too long to get on our way. Also, the staff member was super sweet even though there was another customer being a loud jerk bag complaining to everyone who would listen. The poor guy should have had an extra staff person instead of doing all the work by himself.

Employee claimed when we came to return uhaul that it was not topped off and it needed five more gallons of gas. We had stopped immediately before returning it and let it fill until the nozzle clicked off.
