danyell s | Overall ExperienceI rate a poor because of the following reason: Was manipulated in paying for a lock for the storage unit, because U-haul representative said a lock comes with the storage unit as if it was included in the price, but in actuality the lock did not come with the unit. You have to pay additional monies for it. It's a shame they Resort to this type of sales technique.
