I’ve always come to expect quality experiences. U-Haul on average always delivers. This experience was above average, everyone was very helpful when there was an error or misunderstanding on my end. John at E Fremont was friendly and helpful and solved the issue easily.

Carl B | Overall ExperienceThe storage hours were changed to 9am-5pm in the middle of most people's work week and in the middle of the worst of the heat of the day for Las Vegas. I would like to accessy storage at 6am and up to 9pm. This gives myself and others reasonable timeframes to plan and move belongings. The staff at the Fremont office were friendly. The knowledge base needs more training and customer service.

ora w | First ImpressionsThere was numerous of times where I was late and past due on a couple of months and they didn't sale my things I spoke with the manager before Brian and he always work with me he always you know took care of me and I really appreciate that and I worked with Chris and they were just so excellent and understanding and I just thank God that I were able to go to that storage because mini storages would not do that so yeah I will let anybody know or recommend anyone to the U-Haul storage on Charleston forever
