Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI experienced patience understanding and excellent customer service and support, with life's changes and challenges communicating with Staff and Management was essential and they were patient and helpful while maintaining professional standards
Tana R | Experiencia generalWhen we went to the facility had an issue with the card to get in and there was nobody around to assist us called the location on Fremont but was on hold for 10 mins with no answers good thing I downloaded the app and was able to see the access code also that storage looks less than 5x5 it should be called a closet
MELANIE V | Primeras impresionesA1 service Bill is the best.
ANTHONY G | Experiencia generalGreat experience with Uhaul as Lacy provided all the info needed. Great customer service from her as it as smooth as can be. Great attitude and very helpful as we were on our way in no time. Thanks

Pedro H | Experiencia generalI was looking for my storage for over and bout to not find the number and had to call an after hours number to get a new storage because there was no record of me even getting a storage.
Mignon D | Primeras impresionesDealing with Lacy C was the reason I would suggest this business. Not only was she very professional she was very understanding and helped if we ever had a question and/or concern. She also needs a raise!!! Thank you
FRANCISCO M | Experiencia generalThanks for the free storage locker, but I never used it,I moved straight into my place with the U-Haul I rented,if I need you again,I'll be back there, thanks
STEVE L | Experiencia generalVery helpful to me, I appreciated it very much.
Mike K | Primeras impresionesOnly downside with this location is there is no on site office.
BARNEY T | Experiencia generalThe air conditioned unit was so hot some of my items became heat damaged
ALEX u | Experiencia generalThe manager when I returned, was very hostile, loud, and black. She wanted nothing more than to make a little situation into a bigger one. She told me to not use uhaul ever again.
