The manger, Clay Ettinger, runs a very friendly and efficient operation. He maintains his facility in a manner that keeps it looking and operating like new. I have had two separate storage units at this facility over the past year and every time has been nothing short of an excellent experience. I will store here again if ever needed.
CHARLES B | Overall ExperienceI’ve had nothing but problems, lack of communication, and explaining the fine print properly. Not only has U-haul charged my card without authorization, but did not prorate my last bill for storage. Paid an entire month for 2 days? My whole moving experience with them was a nightmare and their response was, “it’s in the fine print”? Never will use U-Haul again!
brendan a | Overall ExperienceRented a U-Haul to move out of my storage unit and the employee read the gas gauge wrong. So when I drove a total of 11 miles and then put gas in it, I was still charged $25 because they stated I used a quarter of a tank to go 11 miles. The female employee that checked me out of my storage unit was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have rented a storage unit and for U-Hauls from that location within the last two and a half years and never had an issue. I will definitely be using a different company altogether.

Amber B | Overall ExperienceI was issued a late charge while on auto pay, which doesn't make much sense, since I had well over $4,000 in my account at the time. The office staff wasn't able to fix this. I had to come back 2 days later, ehen a manager would be on site, to get this resolved. I moved my belongings out of the facility in order to prevent this from reoccurring.
