I was issued a late charge while on auto pay, which doesn't make much sense, since I had well over $4,000 in my account at the time. The office staff wasn't able to fix this. I had to come back 2 days later, ehen a manager would be on site, to get this resolved. I moved my belongings out of the facility in order to prevent this from reoccurring.

There were a couple of times over the six months that we wished that the unit was available later in the evening, but acknowledged there has to be a little give and take to provide enhanced security. We would definitely use this facility again for future storage needs.
