When originally renting unit I was told ground level and a 10x10. When I arrived to start using the unit it was on the second floor and only 8x10. Pricing was also a little on the steep side. I just rented a 10x20 for MUCH cheaper with someone else.

two (2) times members of your team could not figure out how to use your internal (computer) system and messed up my account and billing (ugh!!!); the outside self serve bldg sliding door was (still is) broken. the self serve bldg entrance code system was confusing to learn (code key vs bldg doors access)

So I could only go through the side door at limited hours and then when I’d open my storage, the alarm would go off.

At least three times after office hours the doors with the codes did not work. The latest was last week at 6;55 and the office was already locked up when it says they don’t leave until 7. I needed in that night and had to incur another charge. I moved all my stuff to a new site because of accessibility.

The best thing about this location is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and just all around great people. Sher e. | First ImpressionsThe gentleman in the store Tuesday was not super helpful until the third time I came back in stating that I did not understand how to disarm my unit and that the door kept saying it was denied and not checked in. He finally came out and showed us the correct terminal to use to disarm the unit... then I had to go back in because the lock was not in the unit only for the janitor lady who was chillin inside to say oh yeah we don't do that anymore you'll have to give her one from behind the counter. One of the keys is bent but works. The facility is nice but the young gentleman at the counter was not super helpful.
