Tabitha P | First ImpressionsThe staff at this facility is amazing. Being my age and all the questions that I have and then guiding me in the right direction and giving me advice, they are the top notch of the group and I am so grateful that they are part of GREENSBURG Storage in Uhaul. Thank you so much.
JO A | Overall ExperienceEveryone there was so kind and so helpful being older, makes it harder and I am very impressed with these people. Thank you so much.
JO A | Mudanza en líneaEveryone that I worked with was incredibly friendly and so helpful. They made a challenging process streamlined and stress-free. Special shout out to Chris! I’ll go out of my way to do business with them in the future.
Noel T | First ImpressionsWhat keeps me from awarding 5stars is the lack of a service elevator between the 1st and 2nd floors of the storage units. Customers must carry their stored goods up a stairwell. Disappointed I wasn’t awarded a free month of rental like before. You’re penny wise and pound foolish, corporate.
RICHARD S | First ImpressionsTimothy was very helpful! Awesome employee
Joanne A | First ImpressionsWe would highly recommend your facility for storage. We had 2 units Thank you
James S | Overall ExperienceEveryone went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I appreciate every single persons help.
Heather C | Overall ExperienceI used uhaul in my move from FL to PA. I rented a 15’ to move my stuff to a storage unit. Years later I rented a 20’ truck, uboxes and a van to move my stuff into the uboxes. They were delivered in two days at another uhaul facility in PA. It was a smooth transition and unloading the uboxes were convenient and cost effective. I rented a box unit until I decided what to do with the overflow of stuff. The staff was helpful and friendly in both states. They earned 5 stars. Uhaul was reasonably priced compared to big moving companies.
Sandra C | Overall ExperienceMet all expectations!
THOMAS D | Overall ExperienceNeed an elevator
Lindy D | Overall ExperienceThe local staff in Greensburg was amazing. The corporate /national staff were never able to help or give me help or assistance. That is were you can improve your customer experience
kay b | Overall ExperienceJust too crowded. Not enough swing room to get my truck in. I'm sure I'll do it but it will be difficult.
Norma G | First ImpressionsThey are very good to work with and understanding
