Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMichael was very helpful
Shawn K | Primeras impresionesThere were a few times that my unit was blocked by U-Haul trucks. I am just grateful you guys have later hours and where able to move them out of my way.
emily p | Experiencia generalThe alarm is on a timer but it only gives you like 10 minutes and then you have to re enter your code. I think the timer should be set for a bit longer. I was only making a small trip this time and I had help but we couldn’t get the six bins to the back without the timer going off.
emily p | Primeras impresionesThe Manager was fantastic, but his cashier later called the police on me while I was loading my unit. She had found a wet spot on the store carpet and claimed I had peed on it. An absolute LIE !!! Please review the tapes and fire her.
DAVID M | Primeras impresionesConvenient, helpful, and the process was simple. Thank you.
dorcas f | Experiencia generalThese guys are awesome and though this is my first time doing self storage its not my first time interacting with the team. Personable and professional. Thank you for your time and support.
ASHLEY D | Primeras impresionesThe van body unit was perfect! It was in great condition, well maintained and had a security system! It was very easy to access and had a vent to keep it cool. I would definitely use that again!!! Also - Customer service was outstanding at check in/check out!!
Maggie M | Experiencia generalGreat customer service as always thanks guys!
