Engine and brakes were good and truck was clean. The tires must have been at a somewhat low pressure to start with, since the day after we got the truck (cold that morning) we had to put air in all of the tires. Thankfully the Sheetz compressor goes up to 70 psi.Abbe C.

When purchasing the $14 SafeMove plan, the uhaul representative told me that it would cover ANY outside damage. However, what he failed to mention is that is NOT ACTUALLY THE CASE. It does not cover overhead damage, which is the MOST COMMON damage according to uhaul. If that's the most common reason for damage, then why would the representative tell me it covers everything when it's so common that it doesn't cover overhead damage? Thanks a lot.aaron S.

This is due to the General manager being totally unprofessional .William Boske is supposed to be the face of your company he is rude , no customer skills, pompous and does not follow thru and is not detail orientated .He told me there was no dolly in the truck which i ordered . This made me quite upset as was needed for the job . He wasnt apologetic pretty much told me that is the way it is and there is shortages and none can be found .No customer skills . In your face . So i went straight to Home depot bought one that i should not had to and opened my truck door and inside was a u haul dolly. See the issue is he never looked , never cared to look .He is your face of Uhaul. I ll lend you one of my managers if you want to be successful because he is a disgrace ..The owner now is a different story Mr./ Kruk is friendly kind, caring a true professional every time .and next time i rent from this place if you see a guy with red hair ask for another representative .DANIEL K.

Joe in Greensburg so awesome!!! Hands down best guy, helped us get setup and saved the trailer for us as we had to get our taillights connected. So much appreciated since the first location in New Alexander stood us up. I even called asking if it was Available for my reservation. They closed shop before hours of operations, so disgusting of them. But Joe saved my opinion of UHaul! Thank you, he should be recognized for his efforts!BRYNA O.

The hitch was installed perfect, no issues. However the wiring harness I had installed by Uhaul on my new hitch doesn't operate the brake lights on my camper as it should. We had to cancel the trip we scheduled the day of because of this. It was upsetting. I know they worked on my last hitch. Other than that, and the appointment day mix up, was good.Kimberly J.

Shawn & Greg who work at this location were great but Katrese the MOD for customer service was extremely rude & not helpful at all. I had a lot of trouble picking up and a very difficult time reaching someone by phone they said 8 min hold time & in fact almost 1:30 min later I got Joy on the line she was helpful. I was suppose to pick up around 10pm I didn't end up driving off the lot till 1:50am the very dumb chat bot kept making statements like my situation was resolved when clearly they weren't. Over all the folks in the store were kind & I would recommend Uhaul to a friend but for real your extremely long wait times are crazy and Katrese the MOD really needs to be retrained or maybe find a job where she is not dealing with the customers because of her rude attitudeChristina E.

I pay good money for a service, if I wanted to do half the work myself and take pictures of your Vans and of other things for you I would go to a lower priced rental company. I am not happy that I could not receive my refund on the day that I canceled my storage space! I was told that I have to talk with a manager. I paid in cash every month. I expect cash in return! We planned on renting a climate controlled unit from you, but we could not do so as your facility has no elevator. The items we needed to store were large and heavy and could not be taken up the stairs. For the price of your units, I would have expected an elevator. Also, the lack of elevator needs to be listed on your website. I would have rented elsewhere had I known there was no elevator. As a result, I am now on a waiting list for a unit elsewhere while our things sit in our garage.Keri H. | Overall Experience

I was very disappointed that the 10X10 storage space that I reserved by phone was not available when I came in to finalize the arrangements. My oldest son (52) passed away suddenly on September 10th from a heart attack. He was an amazing tattoo artist (Spanky's Tattoos) and as administrator of his estate, I am responsible for protecting and preserving his art work. I requested a climate controlled area to facilitate this task. Instead, I am in the basement which I was told is heated. Is that the same as"climate controlled)?
