I would like to see some kind of a step installed to make it easier to climb into the cab. I am old and don't have 18-year-old legs anymore and I'm short and found it hard to climb in.

You can fire will boske and the black guy that works there. I do t know the black guys name. But he harasses me every time he's sees me because I returned late once. He always talks down to me and is rude. I was suppose to return today. Your regional manager will. Started calling my wife and texting her to have truck returned and people were waiting for it. I called the store once my wife say her phone . No one was standing in the store at 3pl yesterday waiting for the van. These people lie, manipulate, and harass customers. I feel I have been white shamed, targeted, and harassed. I will be consulting with my lawyer for harassment complaints about employees of this store and consulting o the racism I feel I have received directed towards me.

First of all, every employee was TREMENDOUS Everyone was quite pleasant. The manager was right on top of everything. It was just such a pleasant experience. I talked to Bailey who installed my hitch. Nice person and just really connects with each customer really well. This is a busy location, and I can see why people use their services. Just amazing place overall.

I had to clean the bed of the pickup before I could use it. The tailgate needed scrubbed to remove an orange colored material so it did not rub off onto the cargo I was hauling. I personally found the air freshener hanging from the mirror to have an obnoxious smell. I removed it and drove the first day in 80+ degree temperatures with the windows down and no A/C. Otherwise, the pickup truck was in perfect working order.

over the past few months i have rented may 4 units and two of them the a/c did not work and as of the last time i had one the radio did not work . they should check these united better.

Original trailer was too small I gave measurements. No pickups were available due to mechanical issues so had to rent a gas guzzler box truck to pull the larger trailer. One person said my car hitch would work, second person said it was not recommended. Had to have something that day due to previous plans to pick up a side by side. Wait time was long due to computer issues . Overall not a good experience!

Contract said to return the truck to the Vape and Smoke Shop but when I returned the truck they said it was too big and to drive it to another place which was an inconvenience. They did not honor the contract/directions.

The vehicle was beat up. I had to remove window insert. Tbe rear door was difficult to close and the ramp was as well. Should come with more gas. Diring a move there is no time to stop for gas

The service at this location was excellent. They were well stocked with all equipment. The employees were fantastic & very attentative, especially Kylie. What seriously need improved, is the availability of utility trailers amongst the small dearlers in my location between Interstate 70 in New Stanton to Route 51 (Pennsylvania}. I had to drive near 3 times the distance to get the uhaul I needed.

THIS TIME AVERAGE,VEHICLE HAD NO AC WORKING, I HAD TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT ,THEY SAID THEY KNEW AND COULD MOVE ME TO ANOTHER UNIT, I DECLINED DUE TO TIME ,FRONT SEAT DRIVERS DID NOT ADJUST .TIRE LITES WERE ON. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN BUT THIS TIME I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY.

The Uhaul in Greensburg has great staff. I would still be renting there, but the corporate level uhaul started to raise my rent on me every two to three months making it an unaffordable option. I understood a yearly increase of possibly a few dollars, but not an increase of even 5 to 10 dollars every few months. Some of us are on a fixed low income and can't afford continually having rent raised on us every few months. I know this was not a local matter, but something that was done at the corporate level. You guys at corporate though tried to make it look like local was raising the rent by slapping the local manager's name and address on every rent increase. I have nothing but respect for William and his staff, but you guys at corporate are dealing him a dirty hand making people think it is him doing the increases. I'm not even mad. I just think you guys at the corporate level are very greedy. That is my opinion. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.

The beginning of this whole adventure was a nightmare. I didn’t know, until the second time I packed up my car and headed to the storage facility to secure my locker that I had to first go to the UHaul truck rental store five miles down the road. Once someone told me that I have to go there to do the paperwork before I could gain access to my locker, everything started to make sense. Even better… while I was at the truck rental store, the attendant realized that she had a locker at that location that I could rent. This facility is way closer to my house so this was fantastic! The only thing that kind of stinks is that my locker is on the second floor and there is no elevator to my knowledge. We carried things up the flight of stairs. Everything was clean and the climate control is nice to have.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service that I received from U-Haul. The trailer was in great shape. I received a free month of storage in a very nice clean and cool facility. Everything worked the way that it was supposed to, which was a relief during a stressful time.

Everything was good. The only downside was that the only access to my space was to go up steps...but they were wide and easy to navigate.

I am not happy that I could not receive my refund on the day that I canceled my storage space! I was told that I have to talk with a manager. I paid in cash every month. I expect cash in return! Additionally, the phone system is the pits. Trying to get through to an actual person is time con!

We planned on renting a climate controlled unit from you, but we could not do so as your facility has no elevator. The items we needed to store were large and heavy and could not be taken up the stairs. For the price of your units, I would have expected an elevator. Also, the lack of elevator needs to be listed on your website. I would have rented elsewhere had I known there was no elevator. As a result, I am now on a waiting list for a unit elsewhere while our things sit in our garage.

Considering the computer system was down on Saturday I couldn’t setup right away (I work in Information Technology and fully understand) with the help of William Boske was able to move my items into a storage locker and finalize on Sunday, I live in Philadelphia and couldn’t wait. The staff was awesome and very helpful.

Facility was extremely clean and seemed very secure. I felt very comfortable using this storage space over the past several years. Only downside to the whole experience was that the final month rent is not prorated based on when I closed my account, and I received no credit. Seems a bit unfair.

I was very disappointed that the 10X10 storage space that I reserved by phone was not available when I came in to finalize the arrangements. My oldest son (52) passed away suddenly on September 10th from a heart attack. He was an amazing tattoo artist (Spanky’s Tattoos) and as administrator of his estate, I am responsible for protecting and preserving his art work. I requested a climate controlled area to facilitate this task. Instead, I am in the basement which I was told is heated. Is that the same as”climate controlled)? I am rather disappointed to say the least!

Your staff was great and listened to my complaints about the original pickup in Sharon, Pa UHaul location. I’ve tried to write a written complaint and request money back due to an obnoxious stench and filthy muddy truck that had been smoked in!! Additionally, the truck should have NEVER been allowed to be operated by anyone! I have an incurable lung disease along w/asthma and a severely compromised immune system. That being said, I was the ONLY person able to drive your truck. I requested another truck from the Sharon location and at first, it was due to the horrendous smell and filth inside the truck. The man said it was fine and I wouldn’t be charged for it being dirty but I explained I was gagging after seconds of opening the door! He said to air it out and leave windows down. He claimed he couldn’t release any other trucks and that’s all I could use. Again, all of my complaints are directed to the Sharon, Pa location ONLY! The employees in Greensburg Pa were kind and helpful!

It took over an hour to check inbecause of off site issues. All parties were professional as issues were resolved. I did mention there was a dead bird in front of the bay door that never was removed.
