Great staff especially the manager

Facility was clean, bug free (which is exceptionally important to me), and from my experience pest free as well. Everything was safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit and would utilize this facility again if future storage needs were to exist

It’s very clean, well lit, super secure, and easily accessible from multiple points of entry and exit. We were very happy with our stay there and were sad to no longer need the units. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the facility. I will recommend to everyone I know that needs storage accommodations.

After we arrived to the unit, with everything in the truck, we realized the unit we initially rented was far too small. Emily made the transition incredibly quick and easy for us. The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose U-Haul. I’d also recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their cared-about possessions. Their service and facilities are top-notch!
