Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOverall great experience. The older after hours guy was incredibly helpful and nice. Isaac the GM was helpful though at times communication style was a bit off putting and some attempted charges felt excessive. But overall solid first storage unit experience. The coffee and bathroom inside really was awesome.

He was very thorough with the original walk through. He also ensured all steps were properly completed when I ended my stay. Thanks John, keep up the good work!

JAMES H | Experiencia generalNone of outlets (if any) in the units worked. The person with the unit behind me had a chair nearly falling into my space so the unit was not secure. If anyone had a ladder, they could easily get into anyone else's unit. The mouse traps did no good. Mice ruined a lot of my stuff.

I have yet to go through all of my stuff. I’m hoping all is well. The reason I chose the enclosed unit was for the extra protection. Other than that I was happy with it.
