Derrick P was extremely helpful. He had everything set for me and made the check-in process extremely easy. I also had an issue with the drop-off place and when we called him he was very helpful and able to give us assistance from across the country.

Tim V1st visit to rent the truck, there was a husky girl behind the counter not doing much while the other guy helped me. She belched really loud and chuckled about it. Both people were complaining about the computer system. Upon return to pick the truck up on Sunday they gave me keys and sent me to the wrong truck. I came back in and asked where the truck was I rented, both guys laughed and said it was over there…sorry. Also the truck I rented had bald rear tires. your staff might need some help on their customer service skills!
jason sThe truck was clean, but it needed some maintenance. Overall, these guys took great care of me when I needed a truck on short notice. U-Haul should have a military dsicount.

JOHN PI was told my truck was at 3/4 of a tank before I left the store. I noticed within a block and a half that it was at just over 1/4 of a tank. Turned around to have the gentleman that help me rent the truck have a look at the gauge and was hoping for some reassurance that I wasn’t responsible for filling the extra 1/2 a tank. When I went back in to ask him to take a look. I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience to him and was asked I could take a picture(apparently pictures are time stamped and that was what (I) need to do) everything would be okay. I am the customer and am responsible for filling the tank back to where it is. How am I not to worry about spending extra money on something should never have been an issue.
robert sThis was the 2nd time the actual fuel in the truck was a lot less than what was in the paperwork. I noticed but was already on my way and did not want to go back. I filled up what i have used but was charged for the rest anyway what i havent used. The first time the paperwork showed FULL, was only 1/4 in.

Heather RTwo young boys (20) were helpful at first , please keep in minde I pull fifth wheel and live in one so I know my truck and what is wrong with it and what is not, I reserved a car hauler , in great falls to pull a car back to hungry horse, I got there late and they were very understanding and I had stopped told them I’m going to have fluffy taco I’d be back , I get back about 4 pm ( they close at 5) I back up to car hauler I bought adapter and a ball hitch ( someone stole mine) we get hooked up and lights won’t work on car hauler he sees that I’m stressing so say “ look you agree the lights work I will let you take it and we’re not responsible for it when you leave and he knows I’ve got to drive back to Hungry Horse at NIGHT! I get upset walk off scream n come back calm and say ok what about a car Dollie? Yeah I’m a 3 year wireing technician I know my equipment is fine it’s your truck wireing harness , I explained I just pulled a fifth wheel had lights and power breaks and it worked fine nope it’s yours not mine he explained. So I pull off of car hauler back up to Dollie next thing I know he had issues with his adapter I bought, he wiggles it boom lights! They have 3 other customers show up during this time and it’s almost closing so he gets on computer and switches contracts and throws at me , I’m like so is Dollie cheaper than trailer? Nope he says there the same! Your good to go I’m so pumped up by his negativity I just wanted to get out of there didn’t show us how to use the Dollie or anything? I make it safe thanks to a friend made sure my straps were good and car wouldn’t come off , I made it that night get up take it in to very nice man Blaze in Columbia Falls Mt very understanding and try’s to figure out what this young man did after long time on the phone he got me some money back because the hauler was more than Dollie ! Very good service in CF but the young man in great falls very rude and not helpful at all????
Corilee LI've had EXCELLENT service from the people at this store on multiple occasions. This time the store was understaffed and Chuck was stressed a bit.
Grant GMet me at the door and not very friendly! Just expected me to know what to do! I had to ask the questions and what questions were asked of me, they were very short! I was not impressed at all and I hope that I never have to use them again!

Raymond GW had the largest trailer on reserve. It had to be for that specific day as I had to be moved out of town. Then I got a call that they would only have the smaller one available because someone couldn't have the larger one back. This did not work for me at all. You did not offer the same size truck for the same price. Instead I had to make the small trailer work which it didn't. Luckily we had a pickup to put items in and then I had to pay a third driver to help haul more items, plus my car was stuffed full. This whole thing could have been avoided if you knew for certain that you will have what we need when we put it on reserve. I was told by the man that reserved it that they always find a way to get what we need. You didn't. Instead we had to make due with what we could. I hope I never have a repeat of this again should I move in the future.

Dillon RI called Uhaul for my reservation, and was ASSURED that I would get the truck that I was reserving - a pickup truck with an 8’ bed at 49 cents per mile. I arrived to find out that the truck was not available and I had no options, except to get a box truck for 89 cents per mile. This is bad business and I’m beyond disappointed. This was a big difference in cost since I had to put many miles on this truck. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone after this experience. They should have at least honored the price per mile for the vehicle that I was ASSURED I was getting. I asked if they would, and they refused. Does Uhaul even understand what a reservation is??

Everan G | First ImpressionsThe staff at this facility is great and the hours and ease of access is also great. The only issue is the units don't have any interior lights so it is really hard to see your stuff, and it's not climate controlled. This makes the units kind of expensive for what you get. I've paid less than that for a unit the same size that was lit inside and climate controlled. So it's not a good value for what you pay.
