Only had 1 employee on Mon AM that was trying to take care of customers in line and new customers on the phone. It took an hour from the time I walked in to the time I left. On Sat I came in to reserve for Monday and the employee told me I would be called Sat or Sun to tell me location of where I was to pickup the van. I never received a call. I called Monday at 7 AM when they opened and was told my reservation was at 12 noon. I told her I needed it for the morning and she changed it. I told them I was going to Butte and back in the same day. I was told I could have it for 24 hours, but I told them I would probably have it back later the same day. When I returned it, it showed I owed for 2 days. The guy changed it to reflect the correct charge. You need another person helping in the morning. The guy behind me left because it took so long. You need to contact the customer by phone if the customer is told they would be or not tell the customer they will be called. Seems to be a disconnect between the store employee and the receptionist that I talked to. I have spent a lot of money at UHaul and I know that some stores are better than others and some go back and forth on who is there that day. If it were staffed appropriately, I think you would have much better reviews.

Uhaul called and indicated that there was not a 15' available but a 20' for the same price. No problem, getting to the location there was no 20' available or one to be found ended up going all the way across town to pick up a truck, with zero minutes to spare as movers were waiting for us to arrive with Uhaul. This location could of checked to make sure there was a truck on lot, employees indicated it was tagged wrong saying available but actually in the shop. Employees should of verified this before pick up. The other uhaul place was very accommodating (2nd ave) in Great Falls. The time spent looking for this uhaul could of been avoided if precheck would of been done.

I had to change my reservation to this location from the 4800 10th Ave shop because they didn’t have the truck I reserved. The guys at Central Ave West were great! Easy rent and return!

The manager/employees were not friendly, or courteous. The manager/employee said a few things that were just inappropriate and made me uncomfortable and not welcome. The employee who inspected the Uhaul vehicle when I returned it was also rude. From the lack of a greeting to a lack of a goodbye and lack of a thank you left me feeling that I will never use this location again. I am an adjunct instructor at Great Falls College and plan on warning anyone I know not to use this Uhaul location.

Poor experience. More could have been done by UHaul to improve this. I had equipment failures on 2/2 rentals, and lack of staff follow through on storage unit. Compensation appreciated.

No lighting in rooms. Layered doors, far distance to your storage and no way to pull right up. We had a rat trap in the room. Later when we picked up our stuff we had rodent droppings and chew marks.

Terrible customer service in person and on the phone. Was told by employee that storage unit would be prorated for the month. Was not. Will not use uhaul again and encourage others to do the same.

I actually moved out 1 to 2 days after you charged me for the full month and I could not get any kind of refund. I feel this is not right especially since I paid so much from California to Montana.

I ended up getting charged for my Ubox on Thursday and I ended getting my stuff out on Friday. I asked for a prorate or some kind of refund. CORPORATE says they refuse to give me some of my money.
