Staff was very nice and helpful.
24/7 return process. I had issue was the app and web site to return truck. It had a problem finding my location. I think that customer need to be made aware to call customer service for help, if they have same problem I had. I was unaware I had to complete two step, so my location could be found. Took extra time and I was a little unhappy until I able to finally return after customer service rep helped me.
Terrible customer service I made a cash deposit and the worker asked if we could just put it back on our card so I did to be nice and still have not received my money went to the store was told 5 days then was given a number unprofessional and ridiculous
The guys in GF helped me think through any tight turns on the trip and also made recommendations about dropping the trailer off to reduce the number of turns with the Uhaul and trailer I would have to take.

Explained issues and concerns to assistant manager about pick up experience. He took the time to acknowledge our concerns and even submitted a report to the GM of the location we picked up at and requested a partial refund on our behalf.
This location is good. However the 10th Avenue location in Great Falls MT is horrible. The people are rude, bossy, inconsiderate, and impossible!! I would love to have the opportunity to speak to someone from the HR department or corporate office that is in control of that branch.

You charge $25 dollars if it's not swept out. The one I rented was not swept out so why would you charge people for that if your not even going to do it?
I noted to the worker that the windshield wipers were worn out. He said he would replace them. I wonder if you might not add a wiper and fluid check to your inspection/vehicle prep process.
Ensure employees use proper techniques for attaching safety chains. Individual attaching my trailer had a new employee with him. He told new employee you can either attach chains like they showed you in training or how my dad taught me. For the love of god make him do it the way they showed in training. (Two rental trailers in seven days same thing same employee)

The manager or owner "Mike" was SO helpful and detailed. He explained things easily and his directions were easy to understand. He made a very stressful and complex move much more simple and easy on myself and my family!! There was another gentleman that helped, he was younger and I believe his name was "Chuck". He was helpful as well in the checkout process and helping us understand what we needed to do. Great people!

The lady at the Clinton pick up location sold a lock to us that did not fit the truck's rollup door. Otherwise, all went well.
When the store manager couldn't find the key for the van I was renting, it should have been a hint. Eventually he did find it and the van was just what I needed. Upon turn in, though, I was told that the bill for my 90 minute rental covering less than 15 miles was $174. The situation was resolved, but imagine my surprise! The rental was fine, but the start and the finish both had issues.
Reserved at $89 and ended up being billed $119. Inside trailer was clean and maintained but the exterior wouldn't give you that impression. A friend rented from another location in Great Falls and paid a $1 for a bigger trailer, felt I would have been better to cancel reservation and go to different location.
the trailer had no jack on it. we had to lift the heavy trailer onto the ball on my truck. Not safe! If i had any trouble on the road I would have been unable to do this myself. It took my husband and the employee at Uhaul to lift it on.
It was fine. It took awhile on pickup but there seemed to only be one person working at the time so I can't give him to much flack for that, he was doing what he could
