Gas was only 1/3 full. Steering wheel had a lot of play and was exhausting to drive all day. My arms got sore. The truck had 90 k miles and was so loud. Not the best truck for a 18 hour drive. We were also informed to use fuel additive which we did.JOHN C.

The vehicles should be sent out with a full tank, not 13 miles left in the tank. Or this just a scam because when you drive, you can't estimate how much fuel will be used and end up paying for more fuel than is needed. Customers will need to return them with a full tank. Make the customers aware that they will be charged for a full tank if they choose not to fill the tank up.Loretta P.

24/7 return process. I had issue was the app and web site to return truck. It had a problem finding my location. I think that customer need to be made aware to call customer service for help, if they have same problem I had. I was unaware I had to complete two step, so my location could be found. Took extra time and I was a little unhappy until I able to finally return after customer service rep helped me.KAREEM N.
