The facility was always well kept, clean, and safe! Staff in the storefront were amazing and helpful and friendly! Definitely will go with U-Haul at any time in the future, and will recommend it to our friends and family!
MICHELE M | Overall ExperienceI turned in my access card about a week before the moved me out, however the person I gave my access card to didn't perform my move out the same day. I had to call to figure out why I was being charged for a storage that was already empty!!!! She handled my move out, but I feel it should have been handled the day I turned in my access card and told the employee behind the counter I moved all of my stuff out. I hope no one else will be affected because the employees don't take a few minutes to make sure the customer is moved out and terminate the rental agreement immediately instead of the customer having to call to inform the U-Haul employees they've moved out and shouldn't be charge!!! I just feel the customer who move out of units should be processed immediately not at the U-Haul employees leisure because it will be the customer who will be responsible for paying the bill and the employee or management won't be willing to help get the charge removed!!!
PATRICE L | Overall ExperienceThe only issue moving out was two other tenants had all their stuff all Over the floor blocking the entrance etc and it was very hard to move out and navigate around the mess they made. That made loading difficult. It’s like they were running a business where others are loading and unloading.

Every question was answered with minimal explanation or a roll of the eyes. We felt unwanted. The store was empty as well. I’m only giving this review because it was so poor.

Jesusa H | Overall ExperienceThe facility is perfect, the size of the unit I rented is not what I thought. I had to leave a gym machine at the dumpster in the facility which I will have to pay for it eventually because I am not there yet. I didn’t even know I have to pay for leaving something otherwise I will rent another spot instead to dump the machine which cost more than $ 1000. Unfortunately by the time I realized that the office was closed. Maybe in the future, have some type of back up system for situations like this. I was coming from Miami and it was a long drive it wasn’t my fault or the facility that I came late to bring my stuff. That’s I will give 4. Thank you
