Need more long term customer parking in front. I was told to park way in the back lot and returned truck late at night. Well lit but seemed unsafe, especially for a female. Also, online truck return procedure was tedious. Also, online vehicle check when leaving was tedious ... and gas level check was not customer friendly ( my truck was only 3/4 full instead of 7/8 full and I felt that this was avoidable...instead I had the responsibility of photo verification and even flagged down an employee in the lot to have them corroborate. All this while I am rushing to get on the road. Very inconvenient.

U-Haul rep waved me over as I pulled into the lot. He unhooked the trailer and I was out in a few minutes. He emailed my receipt. Great service.

Your renters insurance policy seems a bit intimidating and hostile. The truck was not very clean on the inside. The clerk had the wrong gas gage reading. if you don't have a smartphone how do you rent a truck?

Facility is excellent - trailers & storage. Team is fantastic - Ashley & Jennifer, especially. Had a mix-up on bill which was taken care of as soon as there was clarity.

Overall the phone customer service experience was very poor with misinformation and general lack of knowledge concerning operations. At the store customer service was barely average . I was given wrong information during each transaction. I still don’t have the “immediate “ refund offered for billing an extra month of UBox storage 2 days after it was emptied.

I waited over an hour, after having done the online reservation. There was one employee operating the computer, one guy assisted her, then another that just walked around doing nothing while 5 customers waited. If the other two can’t be trained on operating a computer, they should be fired. The online reservation for customers of trailers (non-vehicle) should assign a trailer # so there’s no waiting in line.

We used the 5 X 7 for dorm stuff and it was perfect size and clean However, the parking lot had so many trailers it was hard to park. There were no carts despite no one else there and usually have 3.

I was told that the online purchase included the correct lock for the door. My txt from haul confirmed Alcock would be in the room. There was NOT a lock in my room or available at the usual center :(

U box shipping delivered 8 days after “after guaranteed “delivery date. Uhaul missed 4 scheduled pickups in Kansas then they finally picked up the boxes on the day of guaranteed delivery..

I have had serious issues throughout the use of my PODs with the inconsistency of what corporate told me and what was actually happening at the local office. Topics included AC, shipping dates, etc
