Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAs much money as it costs to rent these U-hauls. That's an awesome deal, to get a unit for 30 days free.
Cynithia A | Primeras impresionesThese were the worst experiences I've ever had renting a U-Haul truck storage $600 mth on two units one small upstairs when I was guaranteed a big one downstairs and then another medium sized one downstairs the trucks were filthy there was some kind of a soda bottles and things like that left in the truck a marijuana type of some sort I don't even know what it was very rude people overcharged me every single time never got my refund back left the truck in better condition than I received it I will never ever rent from you again this was horrible $1,000 for three trucks not worth the time not worth the money definitely not something I will ever do again
Belinda L | Experiencia generalThere are not enough words to express how Manager Dillon and his staff go over and beyond to assist customers with all their storage needs. I highly recommend U-Haul on Irby St in Florence SC.
Jeannie H | Experiencia generalThe Service I Received Was Very Good!!!
Alma F | Primeras impresionesStore manager needs to be fired immediately
Shannon S | Experiencia generalI left two boxes with trash in it I would've taken it down myself but it was no cart downstairs that why I left it but it was clean floor.and thank you.
Lisa M | Experiencia generalI would like to commend the manager at this location. I was moving out and wrote off a four day balance. I was advised that U-Haul does not pro-rate. I do appreciate his willingness to earn my business in the future. I do think they should rethink their storage fees however. Just saying.
DEBORAH M | Experiencia generalOnly thing I will say I have a complaint about is that when I did come to get my stuff there was rodent poop all over my stuff I did wind up loosing a bunch of my stuff from it so I'd say you need to get a exterminator for that
Jason B | Experiencia generalI would like to give very high praise to Sincere, an employee at the U-haul in Florence. He went above and beyond to help me out. I wish there were more employees like him. Very hard to get a good CSR now days.
DEBORAH M | Primeras impresionesI was satisfied with my selection for my storage unit
Patrica R | Primeras impresionesThese people were so good to me and my kids...They were helpful in every way possible..These are great people. The best..Thank u for working with me......Head Lady,Managers and Staff get 10 out of 10.....
DANAYAH B | Experiencia generalManager Dylan was very professional and accommodating i give them 10 stars thank you very much for their service.
Desaphine W | Experiencia generalIt’s an overall disappointment!! They are trying to scam me. That’s so unfair.
Daniel W | Experiencia general
