Uhaul trucks need cruise control driving a thousand miles with no cruise control sucks and maybe invest in diesels for better fuel economy to help offset the cost of a one way rental. Also on one ways it might help if you had unlimited mileage like a rental car but offset with a higher rental rate on the truck for one way.Alan R.
We made the reservation at a different location. The manager failed to tell us we had 1 1/2 hours to pick up the trailer we rented. Otherwise it would be canceled. Luckily the location we picked up from had another trailer available.Homer B.
The staff here is amazing!! They have most definitely created a loyal/repeat client over the past year dub to the numerous, overwhelming pleasurable experiences that I have had! I just wish that the main call center and live chat center had a fraction of the decency of what this store has, the live chat and call center has an average hold time of well over 30 minutes and subsequently when you finally get through it's a fifty/fifty chance of them purposely disconnecting the phone call or live chat! Staff was helpful and polite. Tried calling location prior to arrival but unable to reach anyone to answer the phone with an automated stated wait time of over an hour to be able to speak to someone at this location. Inside of the trailer was still dirty from previous client use. Smelled of livestock or fertilizer. Return was easy and simple. Staff were overall helpful.Joanne C.
The mobile pickup is useless. I have rented from this location four times before, yet the past three times I've picked up with mobile, my driver's license has to be verified. Why?? How long does that take? There is no information on the screen telling me that â€œsomeoneâ€ has to look at my credentials. Please improve this. Other than UHaul corporate's mess on the pick up, this location is great. I pass three other UHaul partner locations on my way to this one because it's so much better than the others.Megan F.

Dropped off after hours. Couldn't get uhaul's online drop off verification to work. Kept saying it couldn't locate my reservation. Called and spoke with someone who said they were making a note of the problem. Prior to this I called 1-800-go-uhaul and got permission to keep the truck a little longer than the original drop off time. I called next day to make sure everything was taken care of and found out I was charged additional money. Company states they had no record of me speaking with anyone on either occasion even though when you call in it says you're phone call is being recorded. Total scam! Had permission from uhaul to keep truck until 8pm instead of returning that morning by 10a due to severe weather etc. Returned truck by 6pm but still got charged for another whole day and another whole day of their insurance that I didn't want in the first place even after getting permission. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!! Go with another company. Save yourself the headache!WILLIAM C.

I personally think for a 4 day rental 331 is extremely high. When I talked with the lady she told me 78 dollars for 2 days so that would be 156. 88 dollars in miles and then 56 in insuranceTaylor L.

Prior to visiting this location, I was warned that management was racist by former customers. I ignored the warning and decided to secure a UHAUL through this location despite the warning. I take responsiblity for choosing the wrong return time in error. I chose 5 am and not 5 pm on Saturday 3/13/21. I was in a hurry when I made the reservation online. That however does not excuse the rude, unprofessional threatening tone and harsh language used by management regarding my error. My emergency contact was spoken to very rudely and called me very upset about the way she had been spoken to by a female employee. I then called UHAUL to explain my error at which time I was told to bring the truck back NOW and reprimanded like a chile regarding how much money I was causing this location to lose. I know that if I was caucasian this would have never happened. The PROPER way to handle this would have been " Ms. Spears, the UHAUL ws due back @ 5AM this morning, I was calling in reference to that". At which time we could have calmly reached a resolution. I have NEVER received this type of POOR SERVICE from any business. You would think I was his teenage daughter and had borrowed his car without permission. I will NEVER use this location or UHAUL again.Naketra S.
