The minimum 4 day rental is stupid, If the trailer is returned early the customer should be pro-rated for the trailer use. I paid almost as much for the 1 piece of furniture I had to move 1 way.

The truck was skipping and running on 7 cylinders it used almost two times the amount of gas it was supposed two the manager was supposed to call me which he never did,it may cost a little more but penske is the way to go top trucks and top service and you can talk to someone who can help ,never again do I want to deal with uhaul again again called another location for service and they said uhaul could care less about you and they don't want to pay anything for repairs and will leave you waiting all day so I just drove it skipping and prayed I would make it back very very low class service it's sad uhaul has come to a place that if it's over a few miles leave there junk trucks where there at and go with penske or Ryder the are top notch

A warning sign should be placed on far front pocket of drivers side door. When door is open, the pocket looks like a perfect place to house a cell phone but when the door is closed it crunches anything sticking out of the pocket. My brand new cell phone (1 month old) was destroyed this way.

Location I finally got truck from was great. Phone service was bad was sent to three locations one there was no u haul location there. Second place was closed last place done good job taking care of me even though I was frustrated and 2 hrs to rent one truck. Please compensate me for my lost time and gas.

The trailer was clean and all the necessary parts were in good condition. We made the trip without any equipment failure including tires which are always a concern when trailering equipment.

I was told by the young lady that checked me in that I HAD to purchase insurance on the pick up trucks and/or cargo vans. I advised her that ANY insurance is OPTIONAL and that NOTHING online stated it was a MUST. I asked her to show me in writing that I HAVE to purchase it as a condition to my renting the cargo van. I Allahu advised her that is rented the same route vehicle just last weekend and it wasn't required then. She proceeded to tell me that her manager said it was a MUST and that she'd previously gotten verbally reprimanded for NOT adding it to a contract. She then proceeded to call said manager to ask if it was mandatory and to advise him that "this lady" (referring to me) wanted to see it in writing. He apparently told her (very loudly & agitated from the volume in his voice as I could hear him, but not make out anything except "let her know she's responsible for every scratch, ding, dent, that ain't already on that van....") that I needed to produce my personal insurance documentation to prove that I had FULL COVERAGE collision w/at least a $250 deductible. I provided the proof as requested. What a daunting and draining experience. I went on to explain to get thwart I opted out of Tyree insurance with my online reservation and had a picked it up after hours I wouldn't even be having this discussion and I would've been in my rental and home by now. Your employees should be better informed in my opinion and if management is going to implement its own set of rules, there should be some sort of written notice posted or provided in writing with the official Uhaul copyrighted logo present on the document referring to that particular location, if it's not mandatory at all Uhaul locations. If I wasn't a paralegal, I may have bought into this as I'm sure MANY others have previously done because they didn't know to ask for policy in writing. The truck was said to have been FULL regarding the gas, but when I picked it up after hours (I did not pick it up upon check out) it was just under full which I took a picture of and showed upon returning the truck. The young man that checked me in deducted $5 without me even asking which was awesome!!! That, was great customer service. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be renting from this location again if at all necessary.
