CHERYL D. | First ImpressionsWhen I moved in a lock was already on my assigned storage unit, so in the confusion the attendant had to cut the lock off, only to reveal another persons goods still inside. We had to go down to the office, reassign me another locker and move my things again. The whole process took about an hour. Very dissatisfying.
