Aside from terrible customer service. They charged me twice saying I went 12 days over when I dropped it off the day it was due. I am very frustrated as now that money isn't available to be used until it is returned. Last time I'll be using uhaul.

I parked at the drop off location and no one came out the building to assist me when the sign says to wait for someone. I walked in the building and asked for help since I was waiting for 20 mins. The guy just told me to unhook the trailer and leave it there. Then I was called because they said it was the wrong drop off location when I was specifically told by another uhaul employee to drop it there. Lack of communication and laziness.

We were not made aware hat all auto transport had been grounded due to safety issues - I had called to see if everything was on track for pickup or we would not have known. We had to make other arrangements because of the lack of notice. The only great customer service was the young man who helped us when we picked up our vehicle.I give a D- for poor customer service

Placed a reservation for a pick up and tow dolly that was confirmed online. The equipment was not available when I arrived. They did not honor the $50 payment if equipment was not ready. Personnel would not help to locate another tow dolly or check if one was avialable in town. Had to do my own search. Computer said one was avialable but when I arrived at the location to pick it up it was not avialable. This dealer tried to help with $50 payment but it was never recieved as it was supposed to be a credit on my card used to rent a pick up at a different location. Wasted 3 hours getting the run around from the agents and not much help resolving it.

I had reserved a 5x8 trailer when I showed up I knew right away that it was not big enuf. They did not have a 10ft truck available I called the reservation center they told me the y had one. So I reserved a 10 ft truck. Got called next evening and told i could not pick up until a day later than I had chosen. Set me back a day but they gave me a day. I was not on time schedule so ity worked for me

The steering on this truck was atrocious. It was all over the road. While holding the steering wheel steady in one position the truck would go left right or maybe straight. I felt nervous being on the road in this truck.

A late return was made to Eagle Auto Glass and my rental wasn't available, so the staff referred me to the Uhaul hub on College rd where I was able to get a similar vehicle. When I asked about Uhaul's policy of giving $50 to a customer who's reservation wasn't available, the staff didn't know what I was talking about and instead offered a discounted mileage price which seemed like a pretty fair alternative. Even though the staff wasn't aware of the policy, they were still hard working and eager to please

The mileage was incorrect on my rental. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before Benjamin could write on my contract the correct mileage. When I turned it in I told the guy at the counter that it is only 10 miles that I drove. He closed out my contract for 11 miles. It's just . 79 cents but it's the principal of the matter. I don't appreciate being charge for extra miles.
