Light inside the storage unit would make it perfect.
Only problem we had was with the online return process. The link on the text message would not allow us to check in, that we were returning the truck after hours.
The manager was rude as well as one of the girls working there, none of them was helpful at all.
The place I picked up the trailer in Victoria TX was like the three stoogas. Had it hooked up wrong. I found out this when I was turning in the trailer in Corpus.
The costumer service was horrible, the guy (manager) behind the computer was rude with customers, not very helpful, and made the whole process very uncomfortable.
The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The staff was unbelieveably helpful and took away all stress of returning a trailer; as well as, helping us get a storage locker. Professionals at maneuvering the trailer too!
Nothing much to say, they were helpful and polite.
Did not appreciate that after I made my last payment and let the facility know I was no longer going to need the storage unit, they kept calling for a couple month after trying to get more payments!!
Storage is a nice room size but with no light inside,it makes it difficult to go in and gets things out.
There was rat feces in my furniture from storing in the climate controlled facility, and I was locked into the facility for 3 hours until the police came to help. No remote way to unlock and de-arm!
This facility meet my needs and the convenience of this location meet my needs

Gate was left wide open. Rental truck was tucked away back in the storage unit area during my mobile checkin rather than in front with other trucks. My rental truck was practically on empty.
