Would be nice to know that you have made changes like the upload of damages to the vehicle before you leave I was not aware of that it’s always been done manually on paper and then once I knew it did not want to up load pictures then I got worried At the end everything turned out okay though Thank you Rigelio Leon Garcia

I was told when I rented the car hauling trailer it was for 24 hour period. Was picked up on the 2-15-20 at 930 am. Got text message at 245 pm saying trailer had to be back by 3 pm or I would incur $20 charge. I don’t see how you can charge the same rate for 6 hours or 24 hour period. I will not be renting anything else from U-Haul. I will gladly pay a little more for Penske rental. In very disappointed in the customer service as well from this location

The general manager was rude and didn’t know certain aspects of his job. I rented and returned a u haul truck filled it up with gas. They ended up saying it was 15/16 of a full tank but when I received it it was at 7/8 of a tank. When I turned it in the general manager told me that they were going to charge me for the gas when I showed him the time stamped photo proving that it was at 7/8 he still told me it was my fault and that I would have to pay. After arguing to him that this wasn’t right he told me I had to pay I said I don’t care anymore, obviously annoyed that a company as big as I haul would nickel and dime someone over 1/8 of a tank. Especially since I had proof that it wasn’t what they said it was. Also my storage unit that I have been paying for 6 months and finally got an apartment. I tried to move my stuff out and talked to the same general manager that since I was only going to use it for 3 days if he could pro rate the storage unit. He told me no. However we did manage to settle on half the amount. Which was $57 for three days..... I will never use u haul again even if they are a little cheaper. They nickel and dime you on everything.

TWO REASONS PENSKE IS BETTER 1- UNLIMITED MILES FOR ONE WAY, as opposed to Uhaul , charged me for extra miles 2- RENTAL FOR 3 DAYS WITH PENSKE where as Uhaul is 24 hours 3-PENSKE VEHICLES ARE NEW VEHICLES AS OPPOSED TO UHAUL

Male sure that when a customer service rep. makes changes to a reservation that they put notes telling the store employees what happened and that they don't remove the dolly reservation from the request

My vehicle, a 10ft. Truck, lacked adequate adjustment features for the driver’s seat. The steering wheel was positioned so high I had to look through it to see out the windshield. The seats were horrible and the knob on the manual window handle was broken. Uncomfortable ride, so shock absorbers.

Discrepancy on beginning fuel level. 3/4 tank indicated by store. Actuality 3/8 tank indicated by needle on gas gauge. I was told by desk person to take a picture of it. Porter was welcoming. Person behind the desk seemed bothered by guests ahead of me asking questions. He would really benefit from thorough coaching. My family has used UHaul four 7 years in the Corpus area and have always felt welcomed upon entering the store. Not the case at this location.

Sorry I didn't "pre-sign" in - took over a 1/2 hr to pickup the truck. The sales person helping us was texting before he could help us - maybe a client? He said he'd give us a $60 discount if we returned to the Victoria location instead of El Campo. It worked okay for us - he never entered or updated the contract so the guys in Victoria had to fix it. Thank God they were on the ball or it would have been a worse nightmare an it was.

Could not find truck because it was located in the back of lot. I walked in circles looking for help. When I finally went inside to sales counter there was a long line. Plus did not get equipment I ordered but was charged.

Explain in full detail the online process of the inspection of the equipment. I was told I would receive a text about the inspection but didn’t realize how it needed to be done until I had already left. Once I read the text thoroughly I understood it but I was overwhelmed with moving that I didn’t read it until later not realizing what all was involved. Needless to say I had to call customer service for another link which I had to wait at least 15 minutes on hold until I could get some one to talk to because of the high call volume

We had an excellent experience with uhaul. We had rented a budget truck and they informed us the night before we were to receive it that they weren’t sure we would have a truck. Uhaul saved us. Everyone was so helpful and friendly

The person who assisted me was very helpful and accommodating, he changed our storage unit to the first floor to make it easier on me to move my belongings from the trailer to storage. Walked me through on how to access the gate and storage room.

No hidden fees wouod be nice. Knowing where someone's stuff is located also would be nice. Having eith better computer systems or more competent employees would be nice as well...that was a 50/50 flip all around from Alaska down to Texas

The facility was opened on a Sunday, so I did not have to do an after hours check-in. If I had, it probably would not have gone well because the mileage on the truck in the system was still 5K off so it had to be handled manually by the staff.
