I think k staff was having a bad day but I walking trying to get information on how to rent a truck and guy front desk said no vehicles available. Nothing else didn't suggest another uhaul store . I went online and made my selection and it happened to be there at the same store where the guy said nothing was available. I co side that really rude especially since I was from out of town.I got to that location by going to a storage nearby and the lady at that place was helpful. Unfortunately the guy at Uhaul was not helpful at all.Amelia L.
Arrived at this location and was told there were no vehicle transport dollies, they submitted a reservation for me online and sent me to a different location, when I arrived at the second location the reservation had been made for the SPID location, I returned and got the dolly. Upon arrival at my destination I couldn't return the dolly due to having been issued the wrong equipment number, luckily after a few phone calls and spending 45 min on the phone the UHAUL agent at my drop off point was able to correct it. Its unfortunate that the SPID location doesn't seem to have the correct focus when dealing with its customers.RAFAEL M.

Slow service, short handed. No one in office for 5+ minutes sometimes with a line of customers. Checkout was easy but when he brought the truck around he forgot the dolly that I had ordered even though he had mentioned it just a few minutes prior. This location needs some dedicated CS personnel to stay in the office so the outside guys don't have to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off.Roy R.
Clean and maintain the U-Haul trucks a bit better. My rental had bug splatter all over the front of the vehicle and including the windshield. Plus the driver side windshield wiper broken, and I had to ask the service rep to get it replaced.MANUEL C.

Employees should focus on customers they are helping. The guy I had was easily distracted but very nice. Would stop and talk to people in the middle of my paperwork. He printed a document and walked to printer stood there and talked to staff after it printed. He went to get my uhaul and pull it around stopped and talked to someone else on the walk over to the truck.MICHELE C.

When dropping off the auto transporter I never saw a uhaul employee. It was a Sunday, drop off was easy and hassle free. I left the trailer in the drop off lane.FRANK G.

I went on line and reserved a trailer. I was given an address to pick up trailer which was close to my zip. When I arrived, the U-Haul manager said I had to go to the main U-Haul office which was 20 minutes away. Once i got there I asked the general manager why I went thru all this. He replied, "I don't know". Well who would know how to remedy this? I dunno call corporate office. How does a GM not know his job. He had no empathy for what I just went thru. I had the GM! Wow what a lame excuse for a supervisor. Please fix this issue or at least train your GM on how to remedy the situation. ThanksJOSE L.
After reserving everything online,I get to the store, no one else in front of me, yet it still took 1 hour dealing with errors, the clerk was incompetent, and I was forced to travel to another uhaul location to get the dolly i reserved. There was no apology or empathy.Joel G.
