The staff at that location is so awesome. Everybody was asking if they could help us! An amazing place Mark was awesome. Joseph was awesome and I can’t remember the lady who cleans but she even said there’s cold water and a popsicles in there if you’re too hot, super impressed with everything.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAll the employees were super helpful, it was 100° and they brought us cold water and I really appreciate everything that was done
CHRISTINE M | Primeras impresionesOutstanding
FRANCISCO A | Experiencia generalAlways willing to help, and are very polite.
Krystal F | Experiencia generalThanks for giving me false info that I lost my storage that has sentimental value from my mother that has passed away. I would never recommend y'all to anyone
Michelle E | Experiencia generalGreat service
SABRINA T | Experiencia generalAccess should be 24hrs to who have keys and access to storage
Abelardo G | Experiencia generalGreat experience 😊
SABRINA T | Primeras impresionesThe facility is well maintained. When you see bugs just remember how close you are to the ocean. The have pest control and there are more dead bug than alive ones because they do pest control. I have recommended this location to a few friends and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful. You feel welcome. It is one of the best locations I have used and my family has been using U-HAUL since 1985.
Helen D | Experiencia generalEven though everything that could go wrong did go wrong, The staff was helpful and respectful. Eventually we were able to get everything settled and set. 5/5
Helen D | Primeras impresionesCannot rate as never was there at night.
gary f | Experiencia generalI dropped off my keys and turned in everything cards unlocked 🔓 the unit signed. For months I kept receiving threatening letters looked like they were trying to hold my emergency contact accountable for past due balances. I’d called in the problem and I still kept getting threatening letters in the mail to my siblings name. Worse experience ever I didn’t live in corpus and could not return to the Location to dispute the unit charges that were never returned. Terrible service and when I did the return the employee with big piercings in his ear was too buzy with his girlfriend there during business hours that I know my unit was not returned properly. If i could leave a negative zero i would
Gerson A | Experiencia generalWith any place of business whereby trucks and trailers are being worked on, there is always some disarray. It appears that this location is in need of a much larger facility.
gary f | Primeras impresionesMight be a little cheeky for a female to go alone early am or late pm
