Very disappointing experience. The manager tried to charge me nearly twice the reserved rate. After some back-and-forth, I got the original price, but they still refused to apply the military discount. Poor customer service, and the storage security is quite weak.

Ravshan U | Reservación3 times I tried to pre pay for my unit. Each time they wanted to charge me for more than the rental prices. I tried to switch my truck rental, that was 6 calls to make it right. It still was not. I went elsewhere and was taken care of immediately, and discounted due to your facility errors. I went with a different storage and truck rental as you could not get it right at all. If you really want me to review you on Google, I don't think you'd like that. I will never nor recommend your facility.
DAVID P | ReservaciónGreat experience. Easy with helpful staff.
Ian S | ReservaciónEasy check in and storage unit was as advertised. Nice and simple setup.
Orin B | ReservaciónThe gentle man I dealt with was always very accommodating.
Tina S | Experiencia generalGreat place! Safe and clean. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my needs! I’d stay with you guys but unfortunately I’ve moved out of the area.
Jacob M | Experiencia generalEveryone I spoke with there was super helpful and nice.
jayna w | Experiencia generalSorry I didn't let you know I was moving out. It was kind of last minute. Thank you.
hunter d | Experiencia generalGreat storage center! Nick, the gentleman in the office most of the time, is so great. Any time I have a question he’s always super knowledgeable and able to help me out very quickly. He’s also incredibly nice, always saying hi when he sees me going in or out. Overall great location being that I live in Fort Carson, super convenient for me.
Josh P | Experiencia generalI’ve given you the most negative review that I possibly can because of the manner in which you decided to increase my fees by more than 40%. So I went to another facility that was more sensitive to my financial situation
David n | Experiencia generalFolks, The Manager or Lead Guy there Named “Nick” has been Exceptional throughout my rental period of approximately 17 months. Very Professional, and what I believe is that Nick is certainly A Cut Above his Peers. Great individual as you can tell that I was very Impressed with his Charater traits. Facility is always exceptionally clean and well organized. Certainly, you have earned my recommendation for future customers! Respectfully, C.
Steve C | Experiencia generalNick goes above and beyond to help customers. He had amazing customer service from start to finish. If I ever have to store my things, I would go back here because of him! You get the BEST service here. Don't bother checking any other place out!
Star A | Experiencia generalThank you you guys were like family to me
RODNEY K | Experiencia generalMy storage unit was broken into last year? Motorcycle parts missing.
CHARLES C | Experiencia generalStAff was the absolute best!!!
Mary B | Experiencia generalGreat owner and staff! Always super friendly and could help answer questions. The facility is secure with an electric gate and cameras. The units themselves are clean and put together well - my unit had a light too which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, recommend to anyone. It is also right next to base for easy access.
Greta W | Experiencia generalIf I need a storage facility I know exactly where to go! Access is easily accessible and convenient. The people are also very helpful and friendly 🙂
tyron s | Experiencia generalGreat service, would look no further for a storage facility.
