Had my unit broken into. Yet, I had to show ID to management to prove who I was. Management had the audacity to make a joke with me, would you feel like joking after you pay someone monthly to keep your valuables safe, and then the valuables are stolen? Pay the extra money to go to a reputable storage facility. I wish I never trusted such a careless company.

Brittany N | Overall ExperienceI did not move out on March 1st 2021 I moved out December 31st 2020 so I hope I don't get any bills for these past 2 months not only did I have everything stolen out of one of my storage but the other storage was ruined I had thousands of dollars worth of baby clothes brand new still with the tags on along with baby furniture and things that the mice just totally ruined everything I had to throw away so you might as well say I was paying for my stuff to get ruined the years that I had my things stored there I thought they were safe not to be stolen or ruined by mice I wish I had insurance on it I lost not only thousands of dollars worth of things property has a lost thousands of dollars that I paid to store my property I have a lot of things stored in different storages in the city and thank goodness the things that are really valuable are elsewhere
