This was the worst experience. We spent 40 minutes just tying to get our truck. We had the truck for 3 hours. We went probably 25 miles and the.n got charged 24 for gas. The chat feature was horrible. Nobody answered. We were on hold with 24/7 forever.

Friendly staff. The drop off location was a little bit small for a uhaul affiliate.

The online registration and pick up actually took longer than the normal process. Scanning the location barcode was not possible with my phone's VPN. I selected a dolly during reservation, but it did not show up on the system at the location. Location employee was very friendly and helpful!

The biggest issue i faced was i was not told that i had to ping my location apon drop off. I dropped it off 2 hrs early and was tood up untill an hour before my scheduled drop off time that i had to ping my location or pay $20. I live 45 min from this location and the roads were frozen and and it was snowy, i called customer service and was told i had to either drive 45 min on frozen snowy road with multi accidents and road closures or pay $20 even tho i had photo proof with geo-tags of the drop off. I called and going and got to the returns department and was helped by this nice lady. But you should point out the after hours drop off for EVERY customer and have a solution for customers if they have left the location but have photo proof.

Truck was very dirty, had been driven thru mud and I had to wash windshield before driving it. It took over 45 Mins. to check out equipment because computer was slow.

Improve service? Can't think of a thing! Nick was amazing, cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. Loved the quaintness of the office too. Clean, well organized, and easy access. 100% satisified. The truck was spotless too.

Convenient drop location Yes. Near Army Base Yes. Open on Sundays- No. No one would know as all U-hauls are closed late at night, and there is NO 1-800 live representative to speak with.

The two ladies I worked with upon pick up and delivery were very professional. However, when I went to drop off the trailer around 2:45pm, I found the office had a sign stating "Closed, will return at 3:30pm". It was very inconvenient for me to return and attempt to return the trailer a second time. I called Uhal to determine if I can leave the trailer in the customer drop off area, and was advised to do so. Fortunately, the office was open upon returning around 330pm.

I called to make sure our account was in good standing. The office said yes, we drove over 100 miles only to find out that we were locked out. Had to call a locksmith to break the red lock ($100+)!!

1. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2. Poor communication between the employee (older lady) at this location and the customer(s). It is important to listen to the customer and to allow them to express their opinion or request without being harassed by a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE employee. I certainly will not and would recommend that particular location to anyone I know.

Nicole was extremely helpful and accommodated us very well. She even saved us money and was very caring. She was amazing. Nicole made this trip easy and looked out for me and my husband. The 4x8 trailer I received was safe and functional, but looked like something from the junkyard: faded orange paint, corroded aluminum and numerous scrapes and debts. It should either be refurbished or removed from service. Staff at both pickup and drop off were tremendously courteous and helpful.

You may want to have someone check the breaks a little more often, the truck I had squeaked a few times. It might have been break dust and it might not have.
