I reserved a 10x10 climate controlled unit. When I went into the facility only one check-in terminal was open. The employee finished her personal cell phone call to be able to assist me. She asked me questions which I answered in my normal speaking voice. She told me she could not hear me so I raised my voice to respond. Her eyes widened and she started talking about me having attitude. I mentioned I had raised my voice because she said she could not understand me. Meanwhile another employee came in and they proceeded to have a personal conversation in the middle of checking me in. The second employee noticed I was seated at the check-in and apologized, which I appreciated. The employee checking me in finished and hand me a security swipe card with no instructions on how to use it. When I went to my storage unit in the detached building I went inside to find my unit and inadvertently set off the alarm in my unit because I didn't know i had to swipe to disarm in addition to swiping for entrance. The place is clean and maintained and I have no complaints other than the attitude and unpleasantness of the employee who checked me into my storage unit.
