The website was extremely NOT USER FRIENDLY. I could not register because I must have registered before and the process of resetting my account would not work. It took a long time to get a reset code and it would not recognize it when I entered it. I tried repeatedly and never got a successful reset.Michael F.

Very nice facility. Rented a 6' x 12' trailer, which I've done before, and this trailer did not have a ramp, which was missed. People were great.Weston A.
Better communication about the trucks. I was needing it for a refrigerator mainly and was told the 10' truck could handle a 1 bedroom apartment. NO! You would be lucky to get the master bedroom in the truck. Also, a 10' truck has no ramp and this is not visibly advertised or stated anywhere. When I called for a different truck, none were available. The comment to me was, "Sorry, I have nothing for you. You had the chance to inspect the truck when you picked it up." Well, that is a little too late when I had a reservation for almost two weeks. Not to mention my reservation would not pull up in any of the apps or online serves.Kimberlee N.

they over charged me and when I attempted to call and extend my time on the truck I called 4 different times, staying on hold 40 min 1stcall, 35min 2nd, 30 or more the 3rd. The recording said go to website and extend time, well while you are moving and driving a big truck it is impossible to go online to do business. No one would answer the phone at the local store I rented from to discuss the cost of extending. when I returned the truck no one was available to help me.... So they had my credit card and charged me way to much. it is false advertising... Only 29.99 for a 15ft truck and with all the hidden fees and misrepresentation they charged my credit card double. I will dispute this charge. If you own a business you need someone willing to work and answer the customers calls in a 4 hour window and not depend on the Internet website to do business. I wasted a lot of time trying to contact the Company and would have had the truck back sooner if it were not for Uhauels poor customer service practices.JERI R.
The young man that I dropped the truck off to heard my complaints but did nothing about it just said, 'Yes they were suppose to check the drive before giving it to you and sent me on my way without taking the keys if i hadn't noticed that i still had them before I got too far away I would of woke up tomorrow with a locksmith fee on my debit car. Been using your co. for many year been happy every time in past. Pick up from Texas wonderful! Memphis drop of is worst in 30 plus years! Pulled in to a beautiful modern facility. However, after pulling into designated canopy we read on board to wait in auto and someone would be with us shortly. After waiting 25 minutes my wife went into the office. Met with two ladies and they called a man into the office who was extremely rude to all pleasant. He said to tell us to drop the trailer ourselves. My explained that we were 80 and 82 years old and did not have the strength or knowledge to so. He stormed out of office with cigaret hanging out of mouth. He looked like some bum with a hang over. he ,marched out to trailer to disengage trailer and couldn't do it.. after going back to his warehouse he marched out with a triangle apparatus and was able to get it off our car. we left very frustrated after this one hour episode.EDWARD P.

It took me 3 hrs to extend truck rental for one more day. Wait at call center took for ever, website was glitch and had to wait over 10 minutes to return truck as instructed. No one showed up so I ended going to the office to find out there was a guy just sitting there.Romulo S.

After the experience I had with uhaul I thought it was over, wipe my hands done! Turned in my equipment, charged and extra day for being 45 minutes late turning in my truck...ok. But then I get a call from Aaron, in his very accusatory tone asking when will I be returning my hitch. It had been turned in already 4 days ago. Aaron said â€œI guess I'll go look around the lotâ€. The employee about 35/40 was less than friendly, really rude. I've attempted to get an adjustment on my charge and thought it was handled yesterday after being on hold for 30 minutes.
