When I came back the door was locked had to call for some one to open door

venita H | Overall ExperienceChecking in to get my truck and storage was wayyyy longer than expected . I had reserved the storage I wanted and it was said to be available. But when I came in the next day nothing I reserved was available. So they had to cancel both my reservations and make it so I was a walk in. That was super frustrating to me because I had other people waiting on me to get the truck and storage so they can help me move. A 30min process was over 1.5 hours but they were really nice and helpful so that made it better . Also the door is wonky and will say it is unlocked but I can't get it . That has happened a couple of times.

It it why I drove to your facility...to speak to someone and have them rent a storage unit to me. The gal working at the counter was top notch tho. Great gal.
