This person that rented the truck was from hirerated moving company that does not have a truck of there own !!! I did not know this they didn't show up at my sons apt. Like they where supposed to ,I had no clue how much this uhaul would be. I called and canceled the move because they where so late !! So they should have bought the truck right back !!! And they give you my sons address when they rented truck. He is in military, so the falsely used my sons address as there own. I called to y'alls place to explain everything, hoping maybe to get some of my money back that I rented a truck and was never used to move nothing of my sons apt.thanks

I rented a 17 ft. Truck. It has not been an issue in the past to be able to remove the dolly and blankets from the vehicle before leaving the rental facility, since they are of no use to me. On this rental I was told I could not remove the dolly or blankets before leaving the rental facility because of some corporate policy. Should I need the full use of the vehicle, I find I have 17 ft. on one side for use and 14 ft. on the side with the dolly and blankets. Therefore this costs me 3 ft. of otherwise usable space to haul around U-Haul's equipment........ ( total garbage to me and waste of space that I Paid For to use for other cargo.) When anyone in transportation rents a vehicle of a certain length, they expect to get the space they rented and for that space to NOT BE impeded by add on sales items they do not want or will not use from the company they rent from. So Buyer Be Ware.. You Do Not get the truck space you pay for with the dolly and blankets in place. ( Unless you actually use or remove the dolly and blankets, costing you more for your rental.) S c a m.... anyone ??? What a shame of a company started by a military veteran, operating in a military community.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here if your disabled and missing a leg or in a wheelchair the place is cluttered to wear I can’t barely get through not to mention the double doors I had a hell of time getting through

The cargo trailer that I rented tag had expired in February 2018. It was November 2019 when I rented the trailer. I was a little concerned about that but when I went back into the office to ask about it, I was told the tag was on file.

Everything was cleaned and ready but the AT was not maintained. It had no grease in one of the bearing which caused the bearing to fail and the wheel fall off and cause me and my family to be stranded for five hours.

I was told at this location that once I got to Chattanooga I would be able to drop off my truck at any location but when I did I was told I had to go to the one listed on my paperwork but I wasn’t aware that there was a set location. And because of this I went over my mileage.

Computers were down. Card reader wouldn't read our cards. Text where to return after being told to return anywhere. Return at 8 am but return place didn't open until 10 am. Called other place to return a d was told I couldn't. Finally found a place to return and get deposit back. Ha e used UHaul many times. This will be the LAST time after all this trouble.

If a customer asks if there are added fees for extending the amount of time they have a truck, and the customer service rep says no, and they get back to the store and they found out that there were added fees, this is a problem. I was originally charged 87 dollars for the time I had the vehicle and didn’t know I could rent it for a full day for the same price. I called to ask for two extensions and made sure to ask if there were added fees or charges. I was told no. The fact that I was told no and then still charged more money for it is irritating and false advertisement. Fix it. And give me my money back or something.
