I’ve only run into one person that was nit friendly I believe his name is Elijah . He almost ran over my son in the parking lot . He was lacking in customer service skills . This place is also over priced . Check out St B storage way cheaper !!!

tammy k | Primeras impresionesIt’s a very high cost for a small unit but the last month or so my stuff has been getting ruined an when I went to empty my unit out it was soaked so it’s been getting water in the unit an almost everything in my unit was wet an I did video an record an called customer service also the poison box was never replaced an it was old an we deff had rodents an bugs in there.

Cheryl D | Experiencia generalFrom the time I first moved in when Cris was the manager til now with Cory as manager and a special mention for Ms. Kim; the staff at U HAUL 2830 Wilma Rudolph blvd. in Clarksville, TN have treated me like family. I wish that I could give them a ten star rating; because that's what they deserve. Even here at the new location at both of the North Charleston locations when I arrived at 4783 Dorchester rd. They didn't have exactly what I needed but didn't waste my time and immediately sent me to their sister location at 8222 Dorchester rd; where they accommodated me almost immediately. I will always recommend U HAUL moving and storage to anyone who needs any service that you guys provide. I just wise that all businesses were ran with this level of professionalism. Cuddos to the corporate staff for having good judgement in picking your representatives and extra cuddos to the staff at all the locations I've felt with for fulfilling their expectations in 10 star 🌟 fashion, peace U HAIL, love you guys.
