Door/locks changed without notification never late when I moved out it was a decompsed cat in my unit ceiling fell in and a ton of rat dropping yet uhaul continue to call me about a last payment absolutely not no apology no return call from manager DO NOT STORE UR THINGS HERE!!

The property was so poorly maintained they were constantly dealing with situations that was out of their control. My unit ceiling fell in and was full of mice. They ruined tons of stuff. I was supposed to have rodent boxes put in my unit (the ones i had were empty) in June and come October they keep telling me theyre on order. They replaced the doors, with no noticed and removed everyones locks and put new ones on. I found out after hours when i couldnt get into my unit. The day i was moving out the unit a few down from me was moving out and they had their ceiling fall and there was a dead cat all decade in their unit. The layout is awful, the alarms on the unit didnt work and the only entrance/exit is on Wilmarudolph and difficulty to exit, especially when they park trucks in the lane.

Jorge C. | First ImpressionsTerrible service at this location, walked into the office and no one was there, waited for about 20 minutes for someone to show up to ask about renting a unit. When someone showed up I asked to rent the smallest unit they had, was given a 5x10 unit and told it was $69 a month. No problem, paid for a month upfront. Went to the unit and fount that there was no lock in the unit like I was told and the roof was leaking. So I went back to the office and they moved me to an interior unit and told me not to worry about the $10 difference in the price, they would take care of it. Within 3 days of paying for the first month at the price I was given I started receiving emails stating that not only did I owe the $10 difference, but a $20 late fee. I went into the office 3 times to ask them to fix the account and remove their lock from my unit only to receive more emails and a notice of lien in the mail.

David V. | Overall Experienceupon my initial arrival, seemed as if the staff was new as they were being shown how to do the move-in administrative tasks. got sent to the wrong entrance door and had to go back to the office; then when re-directed, went out to the correct door and was unable to open it, so went back to the office again and had my code supposedly "fixed"; went back to the door and still was unable to enter, so went back again to the office to complain. I was a bit upset having just driven 16.5 hours and having to repeatedly walk back to the office and wasn't as pleasant as I should have been, but the staff really needs to get their act together.

Automatically charged my card with no notice, and rates have gone up twice in a year. Insulation falling all over my items. Decided to go with somebody cheaper, cleaner and better customer service. Ever since Kevin Chambers has left, the customer service has went down.
