Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOlder gentleman in the front office in days had an attitude problem. He yelled at customes, complained about the phone ringing all the time and would not answer it.
Justin A | Overall ExperienceJonathan B (i think is his name) was very helpful and seemed to understand I hadn’t rented a van or storage unit before and was very informative without being condescending (i’m a girl). it felt like a safe, easy and trusting process. 11/10 recommend. this was at the beechmont location in Anderson township.
EMILY M | First ImpressionsSteve thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
STEPHANIE H | Overall ExperienceSteve Torbeck was great explaining everything to me and making the whole process seamless.
Samuel O | First ImpressionsWe were just signing up for the unit yesterday. We haven’t moved anything yet.
Beth J | First ImpressionsThe only thing that could have been better was knowing there was no elevator, as my stuff was way too heavy to get up the stairs. I had a 300 lb smoker and heavy exercise equipment. I was able to move to a ground floor, however, I would have liked that option online to pick my unit. It would have saved a lot more time and hassle.
SHAKIYLA C | Mudanza en líneaI am 100% leaving because of the price hikes. I got a letter that said the price was going up again. I know for a fact, this is the second time, but it may be the third time. I found a unit at a different location twice the size for cheaper than my 5x10 that also allows you to drive up to the unit. I don’t have any complaints other than the price. A complete average experience and everything you’d expect from a storage unit.
Paul A | Overall ExperienceThank you for allowing me to store some of my mother's and father's things at your Beechmont location. It was only supposed to be a temporary storage situation but it became a three year storage facility. My main concern was that UHaul kept raising the rates and it became extremely unaffordable. Once I received the last notice (letter) stating that the monthly fee was increasing to $177.82 a month, my mother begged me to get her things moved out. Thank your for providing a well lit and safe facility.
Heather W | Overall ExperienceI have never had such a positive experience with a moving company. While I cannot speak for the rest of the locations, the one on Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township went above and beyond to help facilitate what I needed. Tom was fantastic. The facility was clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this location if you are considering using U Haul for storage or trailers. 100% satisfied.
shawn l | Overall ExperienceAmazing staff. Everyone was amazing and kind. Only needed the unit for a month but will recommend to everyone I know.
