Everything went smoothly. Truck was in clean condition. Gas fuel meter was correct when I checked the meter with the contract. I rented on a Tuesday morning on 1/7/19, and the location had no customers, so everything was processed quickly. When we returned truck, same. Pleased with this U-Haul location.

Trucks should always have at least half a tank of gas before being rented. Mine only had about a quarter of tank. Truck was outrageously loud. Need to do something to quiet them down.

The app process is incredibly frustrating, tedious, and unnecessary. Telling me after I have already arrived that I need to provide additional verification such as a passport or rental agreement is ridiculous. If that is part of the process, it should be mentioned up front- people don't just carry those things around with them. The amount of work you have foisted off onto your customers on top of the exorbitant fees is ridiculous. The employees were unhelpful and rude. This experience is a perfect example of why in the future I will go to Penske.

I have no issues with the location or its employees, however the original location was different and was changed without me being notified until the morning of rental, causing me to pay Uber $17 more than originally expected. It was upsetting, and I feel uhaul should personally call to notify you before relying on an email. I'm not happy at all about this because I could have tried making other arrangements.

I don't think there is anything to improve on. Everything ran as efficiently and smoothly as possible. The mobile platform was very well done. Good job done by every personnel that made your systems run at such a high level. Very impressive

The assistant manager, Jacob Dunn, should be fired. I returned the truck late at night and returned in morning with keys. He said, "I just called looking for you and your kid just hung up on me." I laughed and apologized, said they get a lot of telemarketer calls. My kids sure are great. His response, to a customer, " I certainly wouldn't say that. They're quite the opposite." He was so rude I interrupted and said I wouldn't stand for him speaking about my 7 year old that way and I expected an apology. His response was "Okay." No, I won't apologize. Then informed me there is no manager on duty, he's the assistant manager and was in charge. I moved to DJ who was very helpful. I am appalled that an assistant manager would speak the way he did to a customer. If I spoke that way to customer, I'd be fired on the spot. I honestly don't expect anyone in that location to do anything about this complaint if he is who was selected as an assistant manager so I will also be forwarding to corporate and leaving reviews. All because an assistant manager refused to apologize for being rude to a customer.

Disappointing. I rented a trailer for 2 days. We used it to move boxes and other things from our old home. Towards the end of the 2nd day, we had to move items that requires the back gate to be put down. When going to put down the gate, it became apparent that one of the pins holding it in place was seveeelt bent and we were not able to get the gate released. Very difficult loading the last items that were very, very heavy.

Warm up the U-Haul for early morning, December planned pick ups. I had to wait a few minutes for the windows to defrost. Other than that, it was all good!
